The prices here are ridiculous compare to others I’ve been too. I didn’t care to even dry clean my clothes. They were estimating me around $50 to dry clean I believe 3-4 clothes. I just didn’t think it’s worth-it. I went someone else I got better rate.

I’ve been coming to this place for years since they opened and I never regret of their service. Comparing to other dry cleaners, this place is the best. They offer a quick service and reasonable price. I like the guy working at the front desk. He is very kind and always smiles to give customers good impressions. Even though, there are other dry cleaners near my neighborhood, I always come to this place.

Brought a coat here for dry cleaning and alteration on the sleeves. Was charged for both dry cleaning and alteration but when I received my coat back, the sleeves were not altered. There are still chalk marks on the sleeve, which should have been shortened. Also, brought couple pants here to be dry cleaned but still received with the same stains.

I really love the quality of this cleaner. They do an amazing job, but there has been multiple times I went to pick up my items and they weren’t ready despite the ticket saying they would be.Services: Alterations

The kind owners of this small dry cleaners are very friendly and helpful. My father-in-law is unable to climb the stairs at his house to do his laundry but Sprout offers a wash and fold service with flexible pickup and delivery. This service is a blessing for him and the cost is very affordable. We have also used their dry cleaning service three times with excellent results - everything was clean and neatly folded or hung as we requested. I highly recommend this store.

I brought a sweater in for cleaning on Tuesday afternoon and asked if it could it be ready the next day before 3:00. Not only was I told it will be ready, I received a phone call the next day at noon telling me the sweater is ready and I can pick it up any time. That is what I call outstanding customer service!
