I ordered an item (Garmin bike tail light) using my United MileagePlus miles. Rymax was the vendor. I received the item in excellent shape, about 10 days later. Happy with the product. However, communication with Rymax seemed to be nonexistent. There was no way to track package.

Don't waste your United Mileage Plus award miles with any product offered by this vendor Rymax. I ordered a watch which was fulfilled by Rymax Marketing Services. It took well over 6 weeks to get the item. There was absolutely no customer service from Rymax. They don't follow up when you contact them. When my watch finally did show up, it was hastily thrown in a box, poorly packaged and even the manufacturer packaging was open and tags removed. An atrocious customer service experience.

Do not waste your United Mileageplus points by purchasing products from this company. Terrible customer service, you cannot reach out to customer service rep, they will not respond your emails. Just terrible!

Placed a United Milesplus order a week ago and it still shows processing. The item would have been shipped the following day on amazon, but no progress on this order, or response from the company. There's not even an expected delivery date provided with the order confirmation. I'd love to see United ditch all the vendors and allow us to convert points to Amazon gift cards. Those process immediately and allow us to get orders in the timeframe we expect.

I ordered a Michael Kors Juno handbag and was very disappointed in the design. It closes with a magnetic button and doesn’t have any zippered compartments in the exterior, allowing contents to fall out. United Mileage Plus cannot help with an exchange and Michael Kors will only take the product back if it’s effective or damaged. I never would have purchased this bag, if I had seen it a store. There is no customer satisfaction with MK or the company, Rymax shipping the item.
