So happy with my pickup order. I had to make a few tweaks because I didn’t care for the colors originally chosen. The girl in the warehouse was so helpful in finding exactly what I wanted at no further cost. Will definitely be back.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for delivery on 11/25 for $400.00. I spoke with someone around 12:30PM on the day of delivery, and they promised me it will be delivered within the next hour. The florist is 2 miles from my house. Fast forward 3 hours later, I still have yet to receive my flowers. I tried and was unable to connect with anyone at the business for 30 minutes to get another status update, being left on hold and sometimes being blatantly hung up on. Once I connected with someone, they had a bad attitude and no sympathy for me as a customer. They also promised they would contact the delivery driver, and they would give me a call back. It is now 4:00PM and I have not received a call back, and I cannot connect with anyone at the business. I would advise to avoid this business and order your flower elsewhere.

Bouquet delivered was not as pictured. Although substitutions are understandable the color scheme was completely different. Instead of delicate light color and small flowers for a new baby, my friend received what looks like a Fall bouquet. Not what I ordered! I won't be ordering again. Very disappointed.

I’m not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. My fiancé surprised me with flowers today and they are the most vibrant, stunning flowers I’ve ever received. The delivery man was super nice too!

The flowers were very good but they lost me with the delivery. I requested an 11:30 am or earlier delivery for my wifes' birthday. I live within 3 miles of the shop. The flowers arrived sometime after 5 pm, don't know time as we were out to dinner. Worst was that my wife didn't know she got any guft!

Everytime I've needed a "Quick Arrangement" put together, I've been TRULY in LOVE what I've purchased!?? The price point is GREAT, and service is SURPURB??!.

Do not use pickup. I picked up flowers that were ordered for me for a birthday. The vase was tall and heavy and the flimsy box was not secure and fell over in the parking lot on the way to the car. I brought the flowers back inside to the florist and the person wrapped up the flowers in plastic. No offer to put the arrangement back together, no warning on an extremely unstable box carrying a 20lb vase and arrangement, and no help carrying arrangement to the car. No point getting an arrangement from here if it falls apart in less than 1 min out the door. Not sure how they deliver in those same boxes. Flowers were broken from falling over. Arrangement packed full of greenery don't pay $100 for arrangement of green leaves.

Very disappointed in the quality of the flowers, poor and uncaring customer service, and my overall experience with Petals of Pine Brook, its management and Rutland-Beard Floral Group (the company that it is a part of).They messed up not one, but two different orders (that were sent to my mom for her 102nd birthday).I could go into detail, but suffice it to say that every aspect wasunsatisfactory from start to finish!My advice is to stay far away from Petals of Pine Brook and any other florists that are a part of Rutland Beard.
