Stratton Equities was very helpful in the process of finding the right loan. The mortgage process is not easy, but Stratton always made sure to meet my needs. Their loan officers are professional, patient, and caring. They also have informative blogs on their site that gave me answers to questions I had before starting the process. They went above and beyond my expectations and I cannot thank them enough for all of their help.

Stratton Equities has the "consultative" approach to your real estate lending needs. They don't just take your application and talk rate, they showed me the big picture. They asked if I owned other properties even though I only have my primary residence. I told them not yet but I would like to have a investment property in the future. So we talked about that too. Of course I did tell them about one of my friends that have investment properties. Can't wait to hear what they say. Thanks
