Nice guys who followed up promptly when the car was ready for pickup.Most Euro shops will tell you oh you need to replicate driver weight in the seat - or we don’t have the proper equipment, and while some of that may be true - a wheel alignment is back to the basics stuff -but still a dying art that requires years to master the craft. Got the car back and she tracks straight as an arrow.PS - if this is how they treat B2B customers - you retail guys are in for a treat. Have found my new alignment shop!”

Didn’t get the name of who helped me here but he helped me quickly swap the tire with my spare and also gave me great advice about when I should change my tires based on the fact that I drive so much for my job. I was able to get back on the road and was only 20 min behind my schedule of patients for the day. I am so grateful, thank you again!!!”

“Mike is sort of ridiculously honest, friendly, helpful, nice, and a good mechanic. We've taken our Honda to him for 10 years, and we trust him completely. I honestly want to give him more money than he charges me because he's so scrupulous and he's never charged much. (I'm not a saint, so I haven't given him more money, but in theory I want to.) He saved us from getting shafted by Planet Honda, among other things. Go to him.”

“Came here on a foggy rainy Friday morning for my car to be inspected. It was fast and reliable. I came to the shop around 9 am. They take a card and I think if you pay cash there's no upcharge. $75 for inspection paid by card which rouded up to 77 and change.I'd definitely come back here again for any small repairs I might have. “The low tire pressure signal went on for the car I was driving. I was on an unfamiliar route (coming from family & on my way to work) and found this Gulf station. All I can say, is that the owner, Frank, came to help me and was about nicest he could possibly be. He checked my tires and added the air and told me which one was especially low. Wouldn't take any money. If I lived nearby, that would be enough to make him my mechanic and the place I went to every time I could. This is how we're supposed to treat each other on this planet.”

Before expanding the work, they always called to explain the complication and to let me decide if I wanted to proceed. Beyond being honest, the father and son team were also really helpful, giving me advice on whether the repairs were necessary and what potential complications there were (its a really old car!). Everything they told me was backed up by a second opinion. I will definitely continue to bring my cars to Mac's.”

But how these things are addressed exposes the character of the parties concerned.I'm please to say, as the results of our helpful dialog, that Mr. McLaughlin and his daughter, Pam pass that test easily, doing the correct thing for all concerned.
