ESTES Express has been my carrier of choice for some 15 + years They have a rich family owned history that speaks of hard work and a sincere commitment to provide their very best service to all of their customers whether large or small. Their staff is incentivized to do whatever it takes to make even the most difficult situations happen with the best outcome possible. Their guaranteed service is almost flawless and is a great value. I highly reccomend these folks to anyone who does not have the pleasure yet of partnering with a great family owned company.

I had a small issue with a reconsignment fee and I spoke to Malika who went out of her way and called the 3 rd party freight company and asked them to issue me a credit. Excellent customer service and a great freight company.

I deal with Barbara at the Pinebrook terminal arranging pickups at CFS locations - these are usually not the easiest shipments to arrange and get picked up - Barbara is always responsive to my requests and lets me know what can and cannot be done in real time. This in turn allows me to alert my customer to any issues before they become problems. Barbara uses the personal touch and that is not as common these days as it once was.

been trying to get a pallet picked up for over a week now. And nobody never comes. I been calling every single day and they keep telling me somones comming and never come this is very bad busines and needs to be handled. What kind of service tells you everday they on there way and never comes im very upset with this company. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

The Pinebrook, NJ terminal is amazing. Barbara always takes care of our shipments and stays on top of any issues. Wish all pickups went as smoothly as the ones out of Pinebrook do!
