So I brought all my stuff to the unit and when I got the unit no one told me to get a pallet for the ground . Then the first time I went back the entire unit was filled with water ! All my stuff was sitting in water and I went to complain and the lady told me oh yea they leak all the time and you should put pallets on the ground . I asked them what about what got ruined they said it’s not their responsibility

Very clean, well taken care of, and safe. However, it is not locally owned and i have never seen any one in an office on site in case of any problems. Telephone communication is always friendly and helpful though.
