Fast and simple. I actually liked the store. Until 3 days later when I was checking my posted reviews! (I review places all the time) And some how someone put a 5 star review for Verizon. Unfortunately this was not me. Which would mean someone went on my phone and did it! And the worst part is I was going to review it hence how I found it already there. And it's very distasteful and unprofessional to go thru someone's phone and post a review. ????? won't be going back there again. Kind of curious what else was done to my brand new phone without me knowing
