“I rented a 10x10x10 space at Columbia Self Storage at 500 Tomlin Station Rd in Mullica Hill, NJ for a couple of months in early 2024. Couldn't have been any easier. And the price was right! I definitely recommend this place!!!!”

“I called to reserve a storage bay and the woman on the phone was so pleasant to work with. She set everything up so all I had to do was put in my code and I was in. I stopped in the office beforehand to purchase a lock. Molly checked all of my account info and figured out that what I was given over the phone was too small. She arranged a perfect storage bay for me! Her level of service and professionalism is hard to find these days. I commended her on how wonderful it was to have her and she said she takes ownership of running this facility as her own. I highly recommend this location.”
“The ladies in the office are really helpful and very nice. The facility is very clean and bright. It feels safe with all of the surveillance cameras, gated and indoor parking. And the location and access hours are good also.”
“Would be nicer if could have access to units 24/7 or at least sometime past 5pm because if working til 5:30pm during the week makes things difficult. The process of getting a unit and then moving out of a unit was great! Just the app didn't let me upload photos so had to go to the office to complete the move out process.”

“Very clean, well taken care of, and safe. However, it is not locally owned and i have never seen any one in an office on site in case of any problems. Telephone communication is always friendly and helpful though.”
