used to be one of my favorite thrift stores, unfortunately the prices are way to high. I know inflation is a huge issue in America but this store is a thrift store, and should be affordable for those who need it, some of these items have antique store prices or clothes having boutique prices. If you want to charge antique/botique prices, I highly suggest changing the name of this store because it gives the impression it will be affordable. Owner is very sweet (male), female at register is cranky a lot of the time.

The prices at this thrift store are absolutely outrageous. I used to go all the time but within the past year their prices are higher than second resellers and antique store I go to. It’s my understanding that a majority of this stores inventory is based off of donations. I will not be going back.

This place used to be amazing. Now It seems new people run the place and they have raised the prices . They wouldn't budge a dollar when I brought a number of things. Before a table was $5-15 now table are $30 and $40 . It's crazy. If I hear one more time how much something is selling for on ebay . DOES EBAY RUN THE WORLD NOW???????I could put a roll of toilet paper on ebay for $1,000. Is that what its really worth? Noooo.
These store aren't what they used to be.

Used to love going to Ranch Hope Thrift Store but not so much anymore. Their prices are getting ridiculous!!! Items that have been donated should be priced fairly so that people can AFFORD them. They’re going to lose a lot of customers if they continue the track that they’re on. The more you do for the customers the more they will return and buy. It’s Sad, Very Sad how greed is even taking over thrift stores!!!

Personally, (and only my personal opinion), I'm sorry if I offend anyone....but most of my belongings had broken or could not be used anymore due to a medical emergency. I finally can rebuild and went to Ranch Hope for a coffee table. They had one for $120.00?????? As far as I know and have donated to them.....what Ranch Hope receives is donated. Why would a thrift store in a local community charge such a price for something they didn't pay anything for??? I left broken knowing I would never be able to afford a coffee table if all thrift stores charged the price that Ranch Hope does. I had hope entering and such discouragement upon leaving. I pray they realize this is a thrift shop. PS I found a coffee table for $109.00 brand new and ordered it on Amazon. I cannot afford a thrift store anymore...:(. I wish Ranch Hope well....:)!

I don't know man. Lady was odd...like I don't wanna say racist cause it's an easy thing to mistake, but I got kinda uncomfortable in there with my family. Needless intensity from the woman behind the counter.

I was pleasantly surprised at how orderly the store was and the quality of items they had. I found a few treasures and so did my sister. Glad we stopped.

Very disorganized, highest prices I’ve ever seen for a “thrift store” YALL GET THIS STUFF FOR FREE, WHY SHOULD A SIMPLE SWEATSHIRT BE $30? The at the counter they change the price on you, absolutely unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE

Unfortunately this thrift store has taken a plunge downhill. They choose who they want to give good vs bad pricing to on a customer by customer basis. Employees are pretty unhappy all the time. New pricing is 15-25 dollars for used shirts. Used to be a fun place to go look around but no longer.

The last several times I’ve visited this store, the employees have had open conversations about customers, saying unkind things.

Normally i have loved shopping here in the past but i had an issue this time around. I asked an employee how much something was while i was shopping and when i got to the front it was a different price. Prices were just being made up as the cashier went along and it’s frustrating when your on a budget and you have to keep asking how much something is. Needless to say i left feeling like I don’t want to shop here anymore if prices are just going to be made up as the cashier feels. The staff was very friendly about it but signs with prices should be put up and/or each thing should be labeled.

April is the most racist woman I've ever met! I was polite to all customers. She belittled me for being nice to "the blacks". I told her I'm nice to everyone because we are all people. She then proceeded to ask me if I've "ever slept with a black man?" When I politely told her I would not answer that she told me "I guess that's your answer.. you can leave now!" No problem. I will not be around hateful people. Plus... Her breath smells like rotten roast beef.

I went to the RHTS for the first time on 12/31/22. It could have been a treasure hunt of glass items. Most of the items were not price tagged so we kept going up to the front and asked the price. Well, the lady April, was ok at first but after awhile she became irritated with us. After about 45 minutes we went to check out. The man who was wrapping our things in news paper for us was pushed to the side and this April started to toss, yes toss, our dishes in the box. My sister asked if she would please wrap one teacup in paper since it was delicate, April grabbed it from her and just put it in the box! Now, she slid the box down the counter where I picked it up and said thank you, she never acknowledged me, went to the front door where my sister stepped out and once I got one foot on the porch April SLAMMED the door on me!!! Customers outside asked what happened so I told them and apparently they knew of her, calling her “blondie “ and said she must be having a bad day!!That is no excuse, we would have spent more money but not with her attitude!! Price the items so customers don’t have to worry about going up 15 times to ask. I’m not sure who owns, managers, or prices the items but she, April, needs to go!Thank you,L.R
