I went there last night to get groceries and the older lady at the self check out was rude and made us use the registers as we were gonna steal something and I am confused as we have been here plenty and never had an issue but last night this older lady had nothing but attitude and was rude. I won't come here again

High prices. Instead of stuff on sale, they want you to clip coupons via their app. No cashiers, self check out limited to 15 items. Unprofessional at the self check out.

Very frustrating shelf’s are not stocked, can’t get what you want. Went 2 days in a row and they still didn’t have what I was looking for. Empty shelves. Higher prices. Woodstown needs another grocery store.

Too many times I’ve tried to go up for a simple one thing or another, and it turns into a headache. They require use of their app for you to get their “digital deals” but they don’t show up by the time you get to the check out. Posting confusing sales and associates demanding it’s a “digital coupon” when it’s actually two different sales that require staying within a certain brand, but they’re right next to each other and very hard to differentiate.
Great for those with dyslexia, adhd, and those who are stressed out the wazoo to not notice and waste more money on end-stage capitalistic app-based BS.
I would rather go back to clipping coupons out of the Sunday circular (or place bamboo in my nail beds) than deal with this place.
Done even coming here for last-minute emergency items. ShopRite in Woolwich is the best ever!!!

High priced food. The fruits and vegetables are never fresh. Every time I go to buy lunch meat it takes forever! I don’t buy sea food anymore from Acme because that one guy that works there is always busy doing something else I have to wait for awhile until he notices someone is there. He always looks like he doesn’t want to be there! He could at least smile ? i usually go to shoprite but when I just need a few items I go to Acme. I wish Woodstown had shop rite !

PRICES ARE THE WORST IN SALEM COUNTY! They are raising prices here every two weeks it seems.. I understand how inflation works, but enough is enough. A simple large bag of Doritos costs almost 8 DOLLARS here. What planet are we on??
Worst of all is the store itself... You can see water damage and BLACK MOLD growth on the ceiling and corners of the store, they have disgusting leaks coming from under their floor tiles near the frozen aisles, and frozen sections also have mold covering the actual products, packaging and all.. Just drive down the road to Shop Rite instead. ?

Went to this Acme bakery tonight after having a horrible experience at the Acme in Pennsville and the lady (Shannon) was very friendly and super helpful. Even though she didn’t work in the bakery she did her best to help us out. She went above and beyond and we truly appreciate her willingness to help us.
