I’ve been taking my dog and cats to Warren animal hospital for almost 4 years now after being unhappy with our previous vet. Everyone at Warren is always amazing and helpful. They are a pretty busy animal hospital, but when my animals are sick they always try to get us in to see one of the doctors because my animals are familiar with warren and more comfortable there. They are attentive and very caring and I recommend them to all of my dog training clients. The only downside is they don’t take exotics like ferrets and bearded dragons so I have to go to a different vet for them.

Been going here for years all of a sudden it’s an hour wait time from when you get there till when you go in. What’s the point of a 3:30 appointment if they only take you at 4:30 others work too and don’t want to call off to make an appointment you guys don’t even take serious. Call to Check in on the wait time and they know your number so you get put on hold not knowing if youre skipped or not lol. Yes business gets busy book less or manage better. Called another place and got in instantly. Transferring my pets after years. Quotes started getting up there too I think they had confidence in me staying there.

I've been bringing all of my pets here for over 10 years. I trust the practice and the staff is friendly, but every time I bring my pet in for their appointment, I have to wait a minimum of 45 min - 1 hour in the parking lot before being brought in. Even for my dog's monthly shot, which takes less than 5 seconds to administer, I have to wait an hour outside every time I bring her in.
This causes my pets a lot of stress and anxiety. I wish this practice would be more honest about their appointment times.

I took my golden retriever for a groom on Monday. She was supposed to have a bath and trim. (This was not done at WAH.) The groomer wound up shaving her entire belly. She was nicked several places and it became infected. I called WAH and spoke w Jackie (i do believe that was her name) and asked if they could see her bc she needed medication. I was told I would get a call back. Shortly after that, I received a text from WAH asking for pictures of her rash. The vet got back to me and told me she needed an antibiotic and an anti inflammatory. The vet was able to fill medication for me to pick up and I didn’t need an appointment.
I wanted to express how happy I was with WAH. Their response to me was quick and the fact that they filled meds without me making an appt speaks volumes of their practice. They could have easily made me bring in the dog which would have costed me a lot more money on top of the medication.
My dog has been a patient of theirs for a couple of years. I have only had good experiences with them.
Highly recommend.
My dog is feeling much better!!!!!! Kudos!

Everyone who works here is absolutely amazing! They’ve taken care of my 3 cats and pup and every experience I’ve had here has been amazing. They care and love the animals and I fully trusted them every time I entered the building.

DO NOT put your pet to sleep here. I had to put my favorite hen to sleep because she could no longer endure the pain. Everyone was very cold throughout the entire process. It felt transactional, there was no “sorry for your loss” or “ok we are ready to take her in now” the lady just came in and went to pick her up to take her in without letting me know that it was time. I asked for more time with her. It was $160 to put her down. For that price, I’d expect at least a “sorry” I was in tears during the entire process and their lack of sympathy did not make it any better. Avoid this place if you have to make a huge decision like putting your beloved pet to sleep.

I like that they let you into the room when they examine your animal and that the vets are very nice and as we questions, however, after taking my cats here for the past two years I will be finding a new vet. Every time I have come the wait has been longer and longer. They are clearly overbooking and not caring about the stress that an animal can experience while waiting in a carrier. Today my appointment was for 3:40 and I waited and hour until 4:40 before I got up and left. My cats were overheating in the car(an option I used to enjoy that they offered people to be able to wait in their own vehicles) because it’s 92 degrees today so I had to bring them into the waiting room where they were so stressed they were shaking and hyperventilating. Eventually I just went home. This is no particular individuals fault but because it keeps happening I will not be comming back.

My family has been going to WAH for over 40 years and unfortunately today was the first time I walked away highly disappointed. I scheduled an ultrasound for my very sick cat. Arrived on time, waited 50.minutes in the waiting room only to be told that they couldn't do the ultrasound, as these are "drop off" appointments only. My poor cat was so sick and i was told to schedule an appointment for Monday. Today is Friday. I was given an anti nausea medication and charged for an office visit. This isn't the care and treatment that the "old" WAH would have provided. A sick animal once it came through the doors would have been attended to. I'm extremely disappointed and will wait out my cats illness through the weekend and hope we have a better experience come Monday.

Fast an efficient. Wait on your car until they call you in. They took my suggestions on what I thought it might be seriously and it was right. The previous vet said that wasn't it and wouldn't give my kitten antibiotics stating she needed to fight it off herself. This vet had her on antibiotics immediately and she started getting better within 24 hours.
The one photo she was miserable and sick thec2nd one I'd her playing again 2 days later.
