“Engine overheated on my truck, while highway driving. I called Fords towing and I’m so happy I did. Albert told me he’d get to me in 30 min, he probably got to me closer to 20 minutes. I was so nervous being stuck on the side of route 78, so him getting to me so quickly warrants 5 stars. And he was totally okay with my dog tagging along. Albert is quick to get to his destination and very friendly as well!And to further prove how dedicated he is to his customers, he not only towed my truck to the shop but even dropped me off at my house.Great customer service - from just one encounter, I could tell he truly cares about his customer base.”

“The owner of this business was very efficient and very kind to me when my car was stuck in the snow during a recent snowstorm. He arrived within minutes, and was extremely kind during a very stressful situation for me. The next day, when I called to pick my car up, the owner shoveled my car out from their parking lot and cleaned all of the snow off of my car. The kindness and consideration doesn't stop there.....HE DROPPED MY CAR OFF AT MY HOME so that I didn't have to walk to his business on slippery sidewalks!! Like....WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS?!?!
