I had a fantastic experience at the T-Mobile retail store, and it’s all thanks to Carlos! He was not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my mobile needs but also had a great sense of humor. Carlos made the entire process enjoyable, and I couldn’t help but appreciate his friendly attitude. Plus, I have to admit, he’s not bad to look at either! Overall, a top-notch experience at this store, and I highly recommend it.

I’m very satisfied with the service at the T-Mobile store in Phillipsburg. I was helped by Carlos with ordering my iPhone 15 pro max. He was knowledgeable and courteous. When I received my phone I took it to the store for Carlos transfer my data to the new iPhone and it was smooth sailing. Thank you T-Mobile for being my cell phone provider!!

I went to this location and it was a terrible experience! The goal was to get 3 iPhone 15s and 1 iPhone 15 plus, for the phones on our family plan. The girl that was helping us was lazy and did not want to do her job. Everything that I asked her about she would say “I would have to check” or “ we may be able to do this but not that.” In every way she showed that she did not want to do her job. The guy working with her was obnoxious and hovering over her shoulder. In the beginning of the conversation she told me the colors that they had 3 colors for the 15s and one color for the 15 plus. Towards the end she told me that she only had one 15 in black and 1 15 plus. She said that getting all 4 phones in the store would cost $410 without using the upfront credit. She seemed to be saying whatever she could to not get the sale. She even told me that there was a shortage of iPhone 15s and iPhone 14s. I went to another T-mobile and got all 3 iPhones 15z in black and 1 iPhone 15 plus all in that one location. I left with all 4 phones and only ended up paying $69 for the phones and the 4 adapter blocks. This location is a joke. The workers do not want to do their job.

I had the pleasure of being attended to by Carlos. He was extremely knowledgeable and quick. I walked in and if I waited 5minutes to be seen by him that was also a lot. Efficient, knowledgeable and kind is my description of today’s service. Thank you.

I came into the Phillipsburg store yesterday after my new phone was lost in the mail and after being on the phone for about 4hours with customer service and UPS. My only hope was to go in store and pray that someone there could help figure it out. I worked with Victor who was amazing and patient and took all the time it needed to help me find a solution. I can't thank him and his manager enough!! I will never try to do things online when it comes to my phone again lol and will definitely return to that store to find Victor when I need something. ?

Everyone at the PHILLIPSBURG location was awesome to work with. Very friendly accommodating knowledgeable and the service was wonderfulYaz. Roodie and Amanda were incredible the best service ive ever had. Very professionalAlso the store is very clean. Neat. Smells good not musty at all. OMG!!!???? Let me say it was such a wait.???? As I was standing in line waiting my turn, I overheard???? this other salesman speaking to a customer and boldly???? lied ????right to her face about a charger for a phone she was purchasing. The lady said, "I have one. I don't need it," and he said, "You have to get it bc it's a new kind of one." The woman said, "Oh, ok does it have the same type of chord?" He says, "You need this with the new phone????bc this is a square ◼️????charger." ????????Sell your product but don't take advantage of an older woman bc she said she wasn't tech savvy.???? Then my turn came. The manager was also helping customers and told me I didn't need to be there to go home and call back Tmobile, and I did, and now I have to go back if I want to access my home internet bc now I have to bring them my social. First, it was my ID. I have to pay for a taxi each way. I'm not fond of T-Mobile and have only been with them for two months.

Great experience. The staff is great here. The only issue I have is if you are helping a customer being on your phone and a video call is extremely unprofessional.
