Two things have happened recently that are very disturbing. A couple of months ago I was called by the pharmacy to see if I was given someone else's medication. I wasn't and this was a little concerning. Now with my last prescription I found a pill that isn't my prescription mixed in with mine. Not sure who is filling these but this is dangerous and I'm not sure I want to trust this pharmacist with my family's medications.

This "pharmacy" is one of the worst in the area, starting with the glum redhead behind the counter. Ridiculously long waits for prescriptions that were previously called in, refusal to adjust prices based on Goodrx coupons and/or any insurance that they are unfamiliar with, the list goes on. As soon as the refills on my current script are filled, I am done and will not use them again. Extremely poor service.

In the middle of a deadly pandemic, your employees don't wear masks OVER THEIR noses, and some refuse to pull the mask up when politely asked to do so. One young girl, Shawna, was so rude to several customers, would NOT pull her mask up, and did not care that the customers were older and were worried about their lives! The girl should have been fired immediately, from what I witnessed! Another worker was not wearing his mask properly in the produce dept. He was not rude when asked to pull it up, but he should know better. I think the Board of Health needs to investigate the lack of due diligence to keep customers safe in this venue! Going to take my business elsewhere after being a loyal customer for more than a decade.

The absolute worst. Used to love coming here to shop, but in the last year they've really been slacking to rotate food on their shelves. Grated parmesan cheese opened on the shelf (didn't realize it until I got home), spoiled greens (which gave me debilitating food poisoning back in October), and hummus with MOLD on it. The worst part is, when I took my spoiled food back to customer service for a refund/exchange, they were SO rude to me! Would not let me do a refund or exchange! They didn't even apologize for selling me moldy food! I'll never be shopping here again. Buyer beware: get your groceries from ANYWHERE else in town!

Terrible experience, and I am not a new comer to S & S. Special shopping hours for seniors between 6 and 7:30AM only which was supposed to benefit the elderly. Store was to have been cleaned and disinfected last night because of covid-19 but the P'burg store in NJ lost power last night, and ALL DAIRY AND REFRIGERATED ITEMS,PRODUCE, MEATS & FISH, AND FROZEN PRODUCTS totally unavailable to shoppers as nothing was put out in time...NOTHING! John and his team are judged to be the the best technical pharmacists in the region , along with John Giordano of Clinton shoprite . They understand the details of medicine and still perform compounds , old school.

It is a ghost town. Dimly light, and almost like the phillipsburg mall. I want to like it because it has the potential to be similar to a Whole Foods but unfortunately they are not. I guess I'll stick to ShopRite over stop and shop. If they were busy it would create traffic. Meat looked warm. I wondered the shelf life on products...
