Can we please go back to personal service at the deli counter? The lack of interaction between deli staff and customer is truly sad. The ticket machine is there, but customers don’t get helped. This grab a package you can’t see in and hope it’s what you want, needs to be scaled down. The kiosk isn’t much better, since you’re left to hope it was sliced as you requested. My breaking point was getting a package of bologna that was 0.56 lbs and there being only FIVE slices in the package. Should give you an idea of how thick these slices are.

Ridiculously long wait times for grocery pick up. Waited over a HALF HOUR for them to bring our pick up out.

Beware of making online purchases through the ShopRite App. Items are always missing, and almost impossible to reach someone. When you finally reach someone, they transfer you to another line with no one to answer the phone. I spoke with one employee that couldn’t even find my order on their system, and he didn’t understand how I made the purchase through the ShopRite app. The next day I was finally able to reach someone, who basically told me that the item missing, was left the store by a DoorDash driver. She still proceeded to give me a refund, but was not Interested in hearing my concerns on making future online purchases. Even though I got a refund, it was still a hassle to get in touch with someone, And after two days of trying to reach someone. I definitely learned my lesson and will be doing in person shopping only.

It's a five star store if you check dates. Never assume, bought yougart that should have been off shelf. Display was nice, everything was brought forward and in line but out of date for a week. Watch the dates.

Very dissatisfied with grocery pickup service. Consistently missing items. And then when you try to call the store for assistance, you sit on hold. I'm STILL waiting to receive a $12.99 refund for an item that was missing on my last order. Won't shop here again.

Love this Shoprite! Everything is laid out so well and easy to find! I’ll go out of my way to come to Pburg instead of closer ShopRites to my house. Employees at the cash registers and curtesy counter are also friendly and very helpful! Love this store! Anna is especially a great employee!!!

Seafood department is very disorganized and the man who gave me a lobster is extremely cranky. Was so nasty that he even told my wife to shut up when she asked how long to boil it , just very cranky

Went to grab a Starbucks after I picked up a few groceries and the older lady working there was absolutely insufferably rude to me and my fiancé. She was so rude that we both looked at each other shocked and just left, without ordering our drinks. Every time I grab a coffee here the staff is very rude and makes me very uncomfortable. Will not be returning.
