They provided us with the best options, showed us the locations, and went above and beyond to bring us items we forgot when we left. Although they have two different roles in the office, their adaptability was phenomenal. We always felt we were receiving the highest quality of care at all times. I highly recommend this location and these two wonderful, knowledgeable women.”

“These guys are fantastic. Never had any issues. I signed up for monthly payments and everything went smoothly. The manager Lamar is great and so helpful and easy to work with. As another reviewer pointed out, i too was charged a full month for one day of service at the end of the term but I understand that's their business model. Great service nonetheless.”

“This place is in my town so it's convenient for me. I'm renting a small unit for a few years now. The price is creeping up only once or twice in 3 years. Still one of the best prices in the area I think. Security is limited to non-existent, but this is not the type of area where that's needed. Manager is friendly and very easy to work with.”
“Myself and my family have rented both storage and u-Haul equipment from East Penn Wind Gap and have always had a superb experience. Storage isn’t cheap, but EP is the best value for storage and moving equipment/accessories. I spent a week or so comparing prices and unit sizes and EP definitely takes the #1 spot. Clean facilities and very friendly staff to talk to. Very easy to get an account set up and renting within the hour. Also very flexible with leaving and terminating renting. I was courteous and updated them often when I was moving out and my plans, and gave a month notice. If I’m ever in the position and need storage or a U-Haul they’re always the first people I go to.”

“The cargo van was much nicer than I expected. It was immaculate and seemed brand new. Although it was very large, it was very easy to drive. The staff member went out of her way to help by suggesting a slightly later estimated return time due to expected weather conditions which I didn't know about, and she made sure I did not incur a late fee even though I returned 30 minutes later than the revised time. I would definitely recommend this location and will use them again in the future.”
