Actual workers are cool and very helpful .. company polices on the other hand succ… I only had my stuff in storage for two months so right before only my SECOND payment (this month ) im being notified of price rate increases … do ur self a favor n find a storage with locced in rates not charging as they please within 2 months… I can even understand after a full year the rate increase but right before the second payment ??

I do want to say that this place has been great. To the point that the main person I look forward to seeing is James. The man is phenomenal. Very personable and down to earth. He works with you at every turn. 5 stars here does no justice for him. 10/5 is the minimum I'd give him.
