The vet is NOT a friendly person. I brought in my dog just now for his first appointment. The vet saw him and looked at him as if he was some kind of alien. I get it, He’s a BIG dog. 95 lbs. but seemed like he wanted nothing to do with us from the beginning. He asked me what we were here for (which I had explained over the phone when booking appointment) and I told him there is something going on with his anal gland. He put his hands up as if he was signaling “nope. Not doing it” Then the sweet receptionist said no it’ll be too much for us. It’s just us 2. They should have asked how big my dog was when booking the appointment. I told them he’s a German Shepard over the phone. I also asked for a muzzle to be 100% sure nothing would happen. The receptionist was so sweet. But the vet seems to about had it with his job. Get into a new career then. Customer service sucks here. Customers will pay more to be treated kindly. Don’t recommend this vet. And to the receptionist, you seem like a great person and thank you for being kind.

I have been to this practice several times and have referred people to this Vet They felt he was a real old time Vet that genuinely knows what he is doing. If you want the big practices that care only about padding the bill then go elsewhere. I want my pet treated and n their way. I trust and will continue to go to this practice and Cindy is lovely and always tries to get me in when I need an appt. I travel over an hour and 1/2 and am very happy ???

I had to put my beloved pet to sleep I felt a cold total lack of empathy from the Dr that administered the injections. I feel so guilty that I gave my loved pet that kind of good bye. He came in did not even introduce himself with a very bad energy. They administer the sedative and he right away said that he needed a shot in the heart. I insisted to stay and they said you can stay as long as you need 10 min he rushed in and said he had to take himI feel so stupid and guilty for not fighting back and stay as long as I needed. This is what they charge $386I’m devastated for choosing themPlease do your do diligence in this matters

We brought our newly adopted dog here for his very first checkup. He barely checked him, fondling him briefly and stated he was fine. The ditzy receptionist failed to copy his records to their archaic system comprising a file cabinet and some files. Let's hope there's never a fire! Next appointment, we mentioned his skin and constant itching. We had to mention it instead of the unfriendly vet noticing after his so-called first checkup. He proceeds to give our fur baby a powerful steroid and prescribes him an oral steroid. Our baby was more juiced than Arnold Schwarzenegger! Throughout more appointments, we mention our dog's increase in appetite and the fact he was scooting his butt on the floor. Instead of doing any testing, because why waste time, he decides to prescribe him medication for flatulence. Our fur baby had tapeworms...not gas. The symptoms should've been a dead giveaway for a seasoned vet. We found out about his tapeworms AND his fractured tooth from a different practice. A practice that cares. Not to mention, after ten appointments, the receptionist finally asked for our dog's records. TEN APPOINTMENTS. Also, the vet only prescribed our dog heartworm medication, not a preventative for all worms. This practice had us purchase a flea and tick treatment but told us to apply it ourselves. The whole practice needs to be more organized, the receptionist is aloof, and the vet is unamicable. If you DON'T care about your pets, I'd highly recommend this practice.

I had a disappointing experience at this veterinarian's office. During my visit, I felt that my cat's examination was rushed and superficial. The veterinarian barely examined my cat, merely laying two hands on her to feel her heartbeat before abruptly ending the exam. Despite bringing in paperwork about my cat's previous shots from the rescue shelter, the vet didn't bother to review it or provide guidance on necessary vaccinations. When I mentioned having her rabies shot records, he didn't even take a look and dismissively said 'if you say so.' As a young graduate student, I felt patronized and belittled, as if my concerns and knowledge didn't matter. I inquired about the possibility of ear mites, and he initially glanced at her ears without finding anything. It took my insistence for him to properly examine her ears with a light, revealing debris common with ear mites. This experience left me dissatisfied and convinced that this place does not prioritize the well-being of animals. I would not recommend this veterinarian to anyone who genuinely cares for their pets.

My main concern revolves around the examination of my cat's fecal sample. The vet glanced at the sample for no more than a minute and then he failed to adhere to the appropriate procedure for a fecal float test. This test involves placing the sample in a liquid solution for an extended period of time, typically around 10-20 minutes, to allow any parasites or eggs to float to the surface. This vet, however, seemed to disregard this crucial step, indicating a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. It's disheartening to think that my cat's health and well-being were not taken seriously. As a pet owner, I entrust my cats care to professionals who are genuinely dedicated to their work. In this case, I felt that the vet's actions were negligent and careless.
