Scam alert!
Beware servicing your vehicle there. They will poke your tire with a nail and then tell you that the tire isn't repairable and you have to buy new tire triple cost!
Go to Mavis. They will patch your " not repairable" tire for $20...

No problems/issues here... None at all! We (myself, my wife, my Mom & Dad, and even a close/dear friend) have been dealing with Phillipsburg Easton Honda, specifically Anthony Sherman (Manager) and Joe and Anthony in Sales, for the greater part of the past 14+ years... and everyone (including the service department) has always been 100% honorable, genuine, transparent, no games, pressure-free, courteous, and very accommodating, to say the least! Not your typical car dealership, and a very safe bet, whether you are looking for a Certified pre-owned car or SUV, or something new. We couldn't be happier with our brand new, 2024 Honda Civic Sport, and the truly great deal we got. Enthusiastically recommended to all, coming from a somewhat picky fella! A+++++

The last two times I had service at Phillipsburg- Easton Honda, Katelyn was my service advisor. I had forgot to mention that I didn't think the battery on my hybrid was charging. When they came to check me out, they informed me they changed the battery! This was without me mentioning anything about it. I really appreciate the initiative this dealership took in checking and replacing the battery without me even mentioning anything. The car was ready in a reasonable amount of time as well. I could not be more pleased. Katelyn was just as terrific the next time I came for service. I had unfortunately lost my spare, and it was very efficient to get a replacement. We purchased our car there with Dave Iskol, which was a great experience. I called literally every dealership in NJ, and Dave got us the best price, during Covid, when cars were scarce. I really appreciate this dealership not having taken advantage of the situation like so many others, charging way above sticker price. I recommend this dealership both for purchase and for service.

I write this review about an unexpected experience.EVERY CAR I have purchased in my life has been from the same dealership and from the same salesman. My entire family buys EVERY car from Pburg Honda. As a family, we have purchased many cars & our loyalty goes back nearly 30 years.Recently I purchased a used 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid.I was upset with the cars handling and I took the car back for a full look over. Minor Issues - Door Trim was loose - LIDAR Senor was loose But, the handling was my main concern. The service department notified me that my tires were completely shot.1 tire was at 0 tread / other 3 were at 2 and all wore uneven. The car didn't appear "balanced" The service attendant told me, at the time of sale... tread was "6" and that good enough for the Honda Certification. Now, 3 months in, I need 4 new tires. As we know.... a set of 4 Goodyear runs about 800$ I think when you purchase a Honda Certified vehicle the owner expects the car to be in superior condition. I would expect any business to appreciate customer loyalty of 30 + years.I did not expect double talk excuses and no remedies. But, that's what I was offered.... hence the review.Lastly, next time we will be trying a different Honda dealershipthat's my review & my advice.

The salesman here disrespectful and try to push a sale on you for a car that's mid. They don't care about financial boundaries. If you don't want to by car from them, they'll get passive-aggressive. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I bought from this dealership previously 2 brand new Honda Pilots. But in 3 different occasions service department tried to scam/ rip me off, saying to replace my air filters (which I did replace my self before the oil change in the same morning)that I need new rear brake pads(were 8/32 and 6K miles later down to 3/32)I was driving on reverse or what?;but the front brake still at 8/32 according to service dept,3rd time I need a new radiator because it was leaking (almost $1200 to replace it)and guess what..radiator was fine,no leaks.I'm not a professional mechanic, but I can do tune ups, brakes, suspension, etc by my self and I know my way around cars. So,after this I decided to get a new car from this place and they sold me a car that is missing the 2nd keyfob and I'm the one who needs to call service department to ask for the keyfob;I tried to transfer my SiriusXm service(subscriber since 2004)to the new car and 4 days later and guess what?,dealership didn't transfer ownership of the SirusXm account to my name)I spend 25 minutes on the phone with Siriusxm to put it under my name.Well, next time I'll go to Leigh Valley Honda,at least they service department are honest)previous service.

FRAUD & SCAMMERS. Do NOT buy a car from here. I put down a $500 deposit for a 2023 HRV in September 2022. I was told my car would be placed on the October "order" and would be delivered within 8-12 weeks. It is now nearly April 2023 and my vehicle is still in Mexico. Communication has been beyond poor. Don't buy their bs. Your car will be months delayed. They've responded to some reviews here saying they make certain exceptions for the non refundable deposits. That's not the case so beware.

Shonn Bogert was helpful and professional, arranging transportation back home and a ride to the dealer to pick up the Odyssey.

In September, I placed a deposit for a 2023 CRV Hybrid. I was told it would be ordered between October 12-15th, and that standard production times have been about 45 days as long as there are no production delays. I never got any updates over the next 7 weeks. I had checked in once and was told there were no updates. Today I check in again and learn that they were NEVER able to order the car in the color I put a deposit on and they will try again for the next round of ordering. I should have been told this WEEKS ago. This entire time I thought I had a car coming to me. Attached you can see my correspondence with the GM Anthony about the timeline and my correspondence today where I find the car was never ordered. I have gotten my deposit back and will be taking it elsewhere.

This dealership misrepresented their cleaning equipment to get the sale. I am sensitive to smoke and poor air quality and cited that as why I would not buy the car originally. To persuade me to purchase, Manager Eric Toth promised to have the car cleaned repeatedly until "acceptable" with their ionizer that allegedly cleaned the "same" way, did the "same thing", and was, in fact, the "same thing" as an ozone generator. This cleaning was important enough to me that I insisted they write it into the agreement before signing. Five days after purchase, after I rejected the car twice, this same manager admitted that the dealership's ionizer does not use ozone, he had no idea how their ionizer actually works, and their ionizer is only 1/48 as effective as an actual ozone generator. He only made the admissions after I questioned him about their same-thing-as-an-ozone-generator ionizer again. The dealership refused to do any further cleaning and demanded that I accept the vehicle. The dealership's only solution was that I could bring in the car for more time on their 1/48 as effective ionizer the next week! I disagreed with this solution because their ionizer was clearly useless for the problem. Unfortunately, I was not thinking clearly after coughing for three hours and allowed my husband to drive the vehicle home. I should not have made the decision on whether or not to accept the vehicle that day after hours of coughing uncontrollably. This coughing was because the dealership had me check the car 3 times that day and they asked me the last time to sit in the car with the windows up for 1-2 minutes breathing that air (Their explanation for why I should do that somehow made sense at the time, that maybe I was smelling Phillipsburg air and not that of the car.) In hindsight, I wonder if making me ill was intentional on the part of the dealership so that I would be too weak to keep protesting. In any case, I now have a car I cannot use. For another negative, their financing person did not let me see the digital financing document before I signed it (so I signed it thinking it was to mean I had seen all the paper documents) and their financing person did not give me a full copy of all signed paperwork on the day of purchase.

This dealership deserves no stars.... This Phillipsburg Easton Honda dealership is the worst. Liars & Scammers buyers beware. Do not trust this dealership they are very unprofessional. Tom Woolley is a liar & a scammers. When was the last time anyone had anything good to say about this dealership. I rest my case. Stay away.

PE Honda Auto Body is the best! I highly recommend them. Mike Vallese, the body shop manager is such a nice person and I've had my car there twice after damaging my car commuting on Rt 78. Their work is impeccable! My car looks brand new. Tim is another person that I've dealt with. Both times I had my car there, the turn around time was quick. PE Honda worked together with my insurance company Geico. Mike handled it all. I highly recommend them. The insurance company usually gives you a list of places to get your car repaired, but I said I prefer to get the work done at PE Honda. In addition, I live close by and I trust going to a place that's reputable. I'm sure some people might think that you had to purchase your car there or own a Honda, not the case.

This place deserves no stars at all. Twice I brought my Honda there for simple oil changes & tire rotation & both times they screwed up my car. First time new tires & alignment. Take car on 78 & steering wheel shaking terribly. I take car back to them & service advisor says oh I guess the tech didn't do it right. Really? Wow!! I give them another chance later on for tire rotation & again the steering wheel shakes. Take it back & Jacqueline the service advisor is nasty. Like I'm inconveniencing them. They said they balanced the tires again but it must be my suspension or I need an alignment. I said just give me my car back. I'll go somewhere else which I did. Pburg auto repair which is great by the way & said these tires need to be balanced. After they did car is perfect. Phillipsburg Easton Honda gave me a laundry list of repairs my car needed & none of them are true. Apparently they have a bunch of unskilled clowns as techs that have no business repairing customers cars. This is a very scary situation I feel if they cannot even do simple alignments & tire rotations. Will never step foot in there again. I care about my life to much.
