Paul-Mart is a small, cute, and convenient store with friendly faces and good, hard-working, down-to-earth people. The staff and owner are really nice, kind, and delightful people who are always pleasant and greet customers with a genuine hello, making them feel appreciated and valued. The main employee is always nice with a smile and takes care of whatever needs attention. It is a close and convenient location for short-order needs and constantly has what people need. The owner is a family man and the employees are willing to bring in new products if requested, often remembering to order items for next time. Their hoagies are slammin’. Unfortunately, the prices are definitely kind of high, a little high, and too expensive, taking advantage of people with no choice. However, compared to travel costs, you pay for the convenience of a smaller store. A significant concern is safety, with people hanging out at the door and in the parking lot, making customers feel they can no longer just walk to the store feeling safe to enter. This has led some to go elsewhere for most needs, stopping only for a quick drive-by item.

The guys at Paulmart are always so kind and delightful. Whenever I stop in they greet me such a genuine and pleasant hello. They make me feel that they truly appreciate and value my business. Additionally, they are willing to bring in new products if requested. This excellent service will keep me coming back.
