Had all new windows installed in my house. They were completed without a flaw. Ordered all new kitchen appliances and had them installed ( two different installers ) the dish washer was installed by one installer ( no problem ) the stove and refrigerator were installed by two other guy's . Neither appliance was leveled. ( barely got it right the second time). The lead guy had such an attitude from the moment he walked through my door. Oh.. and he nicked my walls up in the process. Another week and it will be 5 months since I bought and paid INFULL for my deck replacement . No deck yet ! Also about a month after I paid infull for the deck the installer comes to take some more measurements and begins to tell me what he is not doing ( replacing the ramp or putting the spot lights and receptical back in ). I hope nothing more happens or I will be following up with legal action.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Lowes postponed my delivery for four days, only telling me it won't be coming at the very end of my delivery window each day. I took off four days of work and was told a manager would be in touch with me, but no one ever returned my calls. The delivery manager was rude.

This store is the absolute worse!!!!! Don't waste ur time buying any of their protection plans because it absolutely means nothing!!!!! I purchased a Craftsman lawnmower last year for $230. This year it wouldn't start. It was a guaranteed two pull no prime mower. I left very little bit of gas in the mower through the winter and the mower completely wouldn't start!!!! Send it out for repairs and they tried to charge me $160 for the repair. Lowe's couldn't help me with anything telling me that they're replacement plan doesn't take affect until the manufactures warranty is no longer in effect. I mean what's the purpose?!?!? They wouldn't even deduct the delivery fee to and from the repair shop. I bought this mower in addition to a Weedwhacker a blower and several other items spending over $1000 and they couldn't even accommodate a20-$100 concession. Later for Lowes! They will never see another dime on my money!

Went into Lowe's today to pay my cc bill with cash and it took them 15plus minutes to complete my transaction. Any bill that is a $20 or higher they chose to run through a scanner. it took three people to count the money and meanwhile there was a line of 6 or more people. At which point one of the customers requested they open up another checkout. I realize the government wants total control of our finances and tracking to the point of discouraging people to pay with cash, but that experience was over the too ridiculous...so I will pay with cash again but next time I will pay my bill with pennies!.

I always preferred Lowes over HD and my husband is the opposite, loves Depot! We usually shop the Hackettstown store, but we were in P'Burg so we went in to shop around. OMG can't believe this is possible! Store is super short handed, I'm told the current Store Mgr sits in his office in the back sending emails in between nodding off at his desk! When you press the Need Help button, maybe someone will show up at some point, but they have no clue! My Husband is right, Depot has loads of employees on the floor with expertise as well! Years ago this Lowe's had a Lady store Mgr for years that was very visible, jumping on register, mixing paint, even on her knees straightening up the aisles, what the hell happened? I do recognize a couple of seasoned Vets here, however, the older Blonde that sold us our Appliances about ten years ago (still working well too), is now an asst. Manager, Bob in the carpets, Ted in Kitchens, and the older gentleman in the Garden Shop are a small group of employees that actually have a clue! Sorry Lowe's I used to love you, no more, can't wait 30 minutes in line at the one register that is staffed any longer!

Went to have a key made and was told that a person would be with me shortly to assist. After waiting and pushing the assist button for a half hour I went over to Home depot and had my key made right away. Big strike out on this one Lowes

Make it clear on the web how to set up pickup service. Every Lowe's I go to has clerks randomly walking around all over but never actually can tell me exactly where to find what I want. Other times I have seen clerks turn another way even if I was aisles away. As I went past they would be just standing still doing nothing. Once I had to interact with six clerks to get one roller shade cut to length. I am stunned if there is more than one cashier open. There was once eight of us in line for one cashier while four teenagers in the paint department were having a phone and chat fest next to us. I only go to any Lowe's since there are far fewer people than at Home Depot

The Lowe's Home Improvement store in Phillipsburg is okay. My one major concern as a functioning person of society is that the employees need to wear masks. I go into the store and had ordered paint, we get rang up for ordering 3 gallons instead of the gallon we purchased, I understand that this is a purely technical issue and so I haven't considered that when deciding my rating. The service in returns is always slow, no self check out, and employees don't wear masks, if the manager happens to read this, constantly telling the employees they have to wear a mask is not enough. You should be out on the floor making sure they're wearing a mask. Disappointed in the masks. Service is again okay. 2 stars. WEAR A MASK!!

If I could give them less than one star I would. Pathetic service. They are just great to take your money. Paid for washer and dryer and it never got delivered. Keep coming up with excuses every time. Manager is completely worthless. They wasted two weeks lying. I have now canceled my order with them and purchased the units elsewhere online.

When a place gets things wrong I have no problem (and to be honest I probably enjoy it) giving them a good solid rip and a bash. But when they get it right that also needs to be equally mentioned. We needed a wall AC unit but I was looking for particular brand/type/BTU/SEER rating that the local Home Depot (shocker) didn't have and while Lowe's did the catch was that I had to drive 35 minutes to a different store than where I normally shop. Lowes.com showed that they should have had four left in the store. We got there and poked around to only find one and it looked like it had been dropped out of a window like Led Zeppelin did to TV's in the 70's (but somehow the unit was still on the floor for sale at full price with a ripped open box and a huuuge dent on the part that faces outside). I went up to Matthew and asked him if they had the other three the website showed. He checked his computer and said they did but he had to get a forklift to bring the pallet out from the back. Five minutes later he brings out the pallet and helps me schlep it on to my cart. Mission. Accomplished. While this doesn't sound like a big deal it is to me because this scenario likely would not have played out this way at the Lowe's in Bethlehem. At that store it would have been impossible to have found someone on the floor to ask let alone someone who was willing/able/capable to forklift the pallet out front. Maybe I just have zero faith in big box retail's ability to do much of anything correctly, I don't know. What I do know is that Matt came through for me in a big way and I definitely appreciate his help in making that trip very, very easy.

Everything went great after speaking with the installation team they got me all my installer to come in on the same day! The hardwood floor they install looks better than I envision. Very please with the product and the installation of the hardwood floor. All my toilets looks great also. The 5 star rating is for the installation team at Lowe's I still won't visit the phillisburg store since my prior visit did not go well but I will visit the one in Flemington instead.

This store used to be great. Great customer service. Over the past few months it has deteriorated significantly. Never thought I would say this but Home Depot seems much better. Would of never thought that would happen! Example: Tried to purchase a stove from Lowes. Sale and went well . Getting it delivered was impossible. Their own delivery service could not get it together and kept giving me bogus delivery times. After waiting three additional hours (three failed predictions from the driver) past my original delivery time I spoke to Jason a "manager" and received the same BS . In fact when I asked Jason when i would receive my credit (I cancelled the delivery) his response was "If I couldn't tell you when you would have your Stove delivered how can I tell you when you will get your credit". That from a "manager". Wow , they went down hill quickly.

let me tell you about my lowes shopping experience today (6/16/2016) at 12:55 p.m. i needed, among other items, some keys made. sounds easy enough, right? after finding everything else i needed, i hadn't passed the keys. so i go to the big counter in front of the store...you know..the one with the big sign that says "CUSTOMER SERVICE"? there was 1 employee behind the counter, she was talking to another lowes employee on the customer side of the counter. i stood there for almost a full minute before she looks up at me and says, with WAY more attitude than required.. "i'm closed". it's 1 o'clock in the afternoon, and the only employee behind the customer service desk "is closed". silly me, i guess she wears a little helmet with a flashing light when she's "open". anyway, i handed the items i had to the very polite cashier and quickly explained why i no longer needed the items i had. i went the 100 yards over to home depot. was on my way home by 1:10. guess where i'm not going anymore. customer service my @$$

Really enjoy shopping here. Customer service level is top-notch. Always willing to help. Online ordering could use a little improvement in terms of speed for pickup. However, I enjoy browsing the selection of products here, like the 10% web coupons, price match guarantee, and garden center is awesome to browse especially in spring time. Keep up the good work
