Salon was very dirty. Unclean equipment, nail examples were broke, faded or missing. I made an appointment and had to wait 25 mins just to get put in a chair. Waited another 15 mins for an employee to service me. Didn’t give me any nail examples to look at or barely acknowledged me. Then I was moved to another chair to be serviced. I asked for a full set of gel. And they slapped acrylic nails on. When it came to the color I chose, they randomly grabbed a shade (one that I didn’t choose) and said this will do. The employees didn’t seem too happy to service me as they only asked me what shape and how long I wanted my nails. They seemed very grumpy and made me quite uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this place and will not be returning.
Cleanliness: Unclean floors, unclean equipment, unclean work stations.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but they used to be good. I usually get my nails done coffin shape. I told the girl as she was doing them that the shape was incorrect. She insisted they would be right. They aren't. They are square. I never get square nails. Not only that but the color I picked was supposed to be matte. Instead it's glossy. My nails look horrible. To top it off she sliced my finger with the nail file. Instead of getting a fill I will be removing these and starting over elsewhere.

The absolute best experience. I went in last minute decision and they were so nice and my nails are out of this world. I am obsessed with my nails!!!! The shape, the color, the texture everything. I will definitely be returning!!!!

WARNING!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! It is horrible! Not clean, staff is rude, arrogant, rush work and they do a terrible job.. especially the dips! I asked for a old fashioned buff and snipper… they don’t do that here except for the pedi. The manicurist cut me twice with the electric buffer and didn’t apologize! I told the manicurist (2nd chair on the left side) doing my dips to get a fresh nail file and buffer… she said the old one was new! I told her it was old and used on another person and unhygienic. She rolled her eyes, said something in another language, got up and practically stomped away. I should have walked out then! They also rush, cut corners and low standards of work. When I came back from washing my hands she was already with a new client! She never even bothered to check her work! I had dip all over my nails! The owner (lead manicurist) asked if I was done and I said no, they were a mess and needed to be cleaned up! No moisturizer either! I picked up my coat, purse and bag that the manicurist moved (while I washed my hands) and my black coat had white nail dust all over them! There are so many bad and rude things that happened… it’s inexcusable!
I have been here a few times and tired a few of the ladies and it always been sub par. It has gotten worse every time I come here. It is the opposite of relaxing… I know it’s the holidays but this time they were absolutely horrible! There is no excuse on how that manicure treated me. I told the leading lady I was not happy and never coming bak. She did nothing. I paid and gave no tip and said it load enough for all the other patrons to hear! am never coming back and they lost my business.BEWARE!
If I could put no stars for this place I would!

First time there can’t recommend. They say nail art but they’re sketchy. Could be cleaner and language is a big hindrance!! Seriously at time lady didn’t understand me and I didn’t understand her. I would recommend going to a more upscale shop. Wanted flames looks more like drips she could follow the image I was showing.

First time getting gels and nail art done it's iffy if I go again. 1. Price was ok 2. Cleanliness should be cleaner 3. They state nail art but I'm wary about it Hard to understand employees due to language barrier. 4. Felt like there were not enough people working and it wasn't really one on one. I would look for a more skilled nail artist at a more upscale establishment

I regret to report that my recent visit to K-Nails was met with a disappointing level of customer service. Despite the sign on the door welcoming walk-ins, the gentleman at the front desk was less than welcoming to me as a new customer. His demeanor was far from hospitable and he seemed to be inconvenienced by my arrival.
To my dismay, my friend had a similar experience with the same staff member. As someone who has owned and operated a business, I understand that providing excellent customer service is paramount, particularly when dealing with new customers. It is essential to make a positive first impression to retain and attract new clientele.
While the negative experience was unfortunate, it is important to provide constructive feedback to help improve the establishment's customer service. I must assert that the staff at K-Nails would benefit from a renewed focus on customer service and a more welcoming approach to new clientele. I am confident that with the implementation of such measures, the establishment will achieve greater success in the future.

My first visit just walked in and was able to get a beautiful nail fill and color done by Tony who was very friendly and did a spectacular job on a nail set that I received by a another local salon that needless to say I did not return to and definitely not satisfied with Thanks to Tony and his exceptional attention to detail and friendliness has got my future business and looking forward to more services at K nails !!! Excellent service and very nice establishment!
