  Called 4 times for Generator service . Put into a voice mail 3 weeks and no return call. I guess they don’t need customers

  We ordered a light fixture back in February. Still do not have it. Customer service reps don’t care, don’t call to give updates. Finally got a promise to be delivered date by September 15th...... guess what still no fixture, left message to check status, no call back. Just called rep said she will need to call us back.
