I don't typicqlly go to get my cut, or done, but I will feel more comfortable with it moving forward! I got a much needed trim, some bangs and layers. I was a bit nervous to try some highlights, I had never had them before. Shelly was so sweet, she made sure I knew I could change my mind and just leave with a haircut, and she walked me through the whole process. She explained what technique she would use and why. I got a partial highlight using color to lift, to give me the natural lived in look I was hoping for. My hair looks amazing, and feels so much better!

I have fine somewhat curly hair, not easy to control unless the cut is good, which I like to blow dry smooth and straight, and wear in a 'midi' style. Heidi has been my hairdresser for around 5 years now and has been very consistent on the kind of cut which is exactly what I want, paying a lot of attention to detail. The five stars is more than warranted.

Shellie is great. Appointments are always convenient. Service is very friendly. Clean facilities. Decor features local artists/crafters. Hair products available to purchase. Prices are fair/average for products and services.

Wouldn't even let a poor little 4 year old use the bathroom, since their neighbor stores bathroom was locked! Said it wasnt for outsiders? Is that how you show kindness to people or possible future customers? Hope if their children needed to use the bathroom badly they wouldn't be treated so poorly..

Very happy with my 1st visit! Heidi is amazing!!! Such a positive & happy person. She listened to me and gave me the best advice in regards to my hair. She looked at all the haircuts (pictures) I showed to her and she helped me pick the one that fit the best to my current situation: length, color, etc
