So I'm confused on how I have to get charged a $18 fee for being late when sometimes I try to go pay my bill nobody is in the office and y'all office is only open 2 days a week.

Very cold in Lopatcong and the vents are blowing out cold air. These are supposed to be climate controlled and it is warmer outside!
