“Likely one of the cheapest gas stations for Costco in central NJ if not the cheapest in NJ. The price is generally fifteen to twenty cents below surrounding gas stations not including the cash back Costco offers you. The bad part is that this gas station is always busy with traffic slowing down and lining up before driving into the lot. Given the entire shopping center is as busy as a zoo, you will likely, unfortunately, spend a bit of time sitting in your car before you get service.”

“This costco is fantastic with a wide selection of items and clothing that I love. However, I miss the self-checkout option, as it made my trips quicker. Now, with everyone having to go to a cashier, it slows things down. On the bright side, the food court is always great and I’ve never had any issues there.”
“Lately the prices have gone up on so many things. What was once a discounted warehouse where you could buy cheaper in bulk, is now buy in bulk but still kind of pricey on many items. Why would I want to buy at such high prices AND in bulk??? So now we are very selected of what we buy here. Their large juicy roasted rotisserie chicken is a great value, as is the prepared meals such as stuffed peppers, their wraps, strawberries, blueberries, grapes & other produce. Apples are similar in price by the lb as everywhere else. Meat prices are crazy high. Can get better deals at Shop Right. This is a good place to shop for electronics & seasonal items tho. I recommend getting your pharmacy items here., And to get gas here. Staff is always helpful & friendly.”

“Quick unloading. I love that it's a night time receiver, much easier to back in. Not really intended for a 53' with a sleeper but it's definitely do-able. Staff will treat you based on how you treat them-So be nice.”

“The line to get scanned on the way out drives me nuts. Also, sometimes they want to see a Sam's club card before letting you in... You can't buy anything and leave if you don't have a membership so it's a waste of time and also personnel. These costs add up and contribute to the costs of our goods. Perhaps they should have whole store monitoring via overhead cameras and track everything you put in or take out of your cart. Cut out the time wasting.

“Amazong service, I come here to check the status of my tire for a warranty claim because the tireshop I install my tires from doesn't work qith Michelin anymore, yet when I arrive here they immediately help me to check the tires and confirm the milage when the tires was changed and even talk with the agent of Michelin who was handling my case even though it wasn't part of their job (was job of the tire shop I go to but they deny to do anything) yet everyone on cotsco tire center attend me completely professionally, since the excellent attention and assist I got from Tim at the front desk, to all the help from the manager David who supply every information for help with all I needed always with the best attitude. I cant simply thank them enough for how professional they are, I bought my new tires here and I dont think I'll buy tires from any other place other than Costco.”

I had issues of steering wheel vibrations and noise after installing new tires at dealership because they put on wrong weights. Also, Dealership recommended me to change brake pads and do 4 wheel alignment to fix issues which could cost me hundreds of dollars. I went to Costco tire center in Hazlet and they fixed my vibration and noise issues by just doing simple wheel balancing and tire rotation. “Optical Services by Chris.We have gone to Costco, Lens Crafters, and a small shop within the Staten Island mall. Costco and Lens Crafters would not touch my wife's Fendi frames she owned. The small shop did, and my wife received them; they did not work correctly, and they stated that her prescription needed to be corrected, not the lens. We then went to BJ's and met Chris, and within a few seconds, he told us he could fulfill her prescription on her Fendi Frame. We waited while he finished up with another customer. During this time, I was looking at frames but wasn't there to purchase any due to just ordering my frames at Lens Crafters. Then I saw a deal to buy one frame, the second free, and found two that could work for me.While Chris helped my wife, I listened, realized Chris's knowledge and experience, and felt confrontable speaking to him about my two-frame going forward. At the end of the encounter, my wife had her frames ready to be processed, and I also had two pairs of frames processed. One frame was something I would have as a second pair, like the ones from Lens Crafters, and the other was a pair that Chris recommended for work only due to the amount of computer work I do, and progressives are the best type of glasses. I paid less than Lens Crafters for one frame with eyeMed insurance for the two I ordered at BJs. Granted, the frames are not Oakley, but the lens was much better on a few specs, such as a broader progressive angle and better-polarized transitions.The experience was so good we brought our two sons and purchased three more frames with Chris' help. We have all received our Glasses, and for every pair, Chris made sure comfort and proper expectations were done, and we are a happy family.”

“I am having the best experience here at the Costco Tire Center in Staten Island. I made an early morning appointment because they take walk in flat tire business and, as everyone knows wherever you go, wait times get longer as the day gets older. So, I got here early, checked in with Anthony D. who was incredibly personable & professional. They gave me a big red plastic # to put on my car, which I parked in a regular spot in the parking lot. They told me it would be roughly 1.5-2 hours. I left my key & then went leisurely shopping inside Costco. I received a call about some tire sensors that were so old they really needed replacing. Happy to have that done. I was able to bring my shopping cart inside while I waited for them to finish up. Well within the estimated time. Thank you!”
“the beautiful sexy italian looking guy that works in customer service is majestic and wonderful. they have a strict no animal policy, and as someone with a phobia of dogs, I was pleased when he punted that little chihuahua across the store, mauling it and likely preventing it from ever walking again.
