In this place it would be a good place for people from Perth Amboy to work, the hourly payment is very minimal compared to what is required… In the receiving department there is a manager Chris is racist, very haughty and mocking, they show a face and abuse of his position. It takes a person around 7 minutes to get to lunch, the same as returning, and only in 8 hours is that supposed half hour that actually turns out to be about 20 minutes. There are Warehouses that pay much more than that. Home Depot is in town and pays much more, Target pays 22 to 26 and they only pay 15.50. There are so many places that pay better and I honestly don't understand why they behave that way.

I had a lost package due to UPS, I took a drive to personally pick up my package. An employee at The Real Real wear-house in Perth amboy station, when above and beyond to make sure I got my package. his an LP his name is Cristan Cook. I’m a very happy costumer and will continue to shop here.

TRR didn't sold my Brand New Bag for 1 months, priced very Low.I requested ship it back to me, and I got my Bag shipped like piece of Luxury trash ... they can't pack normal ... All experience - Disaster. Never again ?????

1. Inaccurate website description (chain length received isn't what was posted).2. Necklace came in a non-original pouch sized for a ring.3. Necklace arrived with a knotted chain that was almost impossible to undo and could easily have been broken.4. Excessive shipping charges (+/-50 CAD for a tiny item). The package arrived wet, damaged and unsealed; we contacted The RealReal and they said we would not be refunded in full if we refused the delivery. (for reference, another company I order from in the states charges $8 shipping for an infinitely heavier box.)5. Taxes, import and brokerage fees are charged upon delivery, so you don't actually know how expensive the total investment will be.EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my purchase experience, The RealReal's false advertising and bad customer service policies. I don't think I would ever order there again and I'm considering a complaint to the BBB due to their shady business practices.

I ordered a lace dress for my special family event, however I received leather midi skirt. Why the wrong item? Now I gotta go through the return process and ship it back with my own money for something they did wrong! I will never order from them again!
