The issue at hand extends to the staff, who seem to lack proper training and understanding of the reward system in place. This rewards program encompasses more than just fuel purchases, extending to select in-store items as well. It's important to acknowledge that the lady behind the counter may not be at fault, as her inadequate training likely contributes to her lack of knowledge. Surprisingly, this trend appears to persist across approximately 90% of Shell locations, where cashiers are often unaware of the reward systems. This problem can only be rectified through comprehensive training from Shell's higher-ups, store owners, and managers. Despite this, it's worth noting that the cashier's friendly demeanor and willingness to learn were appreciated. In conclusion, while the provided reward system holds promise, its effectiveness is hindered by the lack of knowledge among employees. This review serves as a plea for enhanced training and awareness among staff members, ensuring a more seamless and satisfactory customer experience.

8 15pm on dec 24th, 2021...All pumps are turned off. Store closed. Google said it was open. Wasted a detour driving up from NC and wasted a toll cost for the detour.

I just started going to this gas station about 5 months ago. I never met anyone who is like this man. Ehab I believe is the manager there and is just the sweetest person. Always smiling and willing to help in anyway. The place is always clean and organized and the service for the gas is always quick. Thank you Ehab for just being a great guy. He was a great hire for the shell station and I will continue to go there because of him.
