I’ve been a customer for many years on this specific branch (Florida Grove Branch)and I am really pleased with the services and the attention I received throughout the years, especially Cherry Thompson, she always solves any issues in a swiftly, professional and friendly manner! Great asset to that branch!!

Not the greatest. Couldn't cash an echeck and both the teller and manager seemed confused about an echeck from their own bank.
