I've never been treated so poorly at a bank before. The gentleman refused to help me with my withdraw instantly said he couldn't help, WITHOUT even verifying if they had the amount requested. Then walked away and I had to wait for someone else to help me. Who told me something entirely different than the first 2 people I spoke to. In the end, I still wasn't able to withdraw the amount needed, although IT'S MY MONEY! And have to wait until 2 business day to withdraw my OWN money. Seriously considering changing banks! Very disappointed.
