My daughter was scammed for $4000 from her account, we met with young lady representative who worked the dispute proses, 10 days later dispute was resolved. Nice job

There are some very poorly educated and unempathetic representatives, they don't listen to you and are very rude.

I love this branch not to mention the manager Melvin really goes out of his way for every customer he so involved in helping you and teaching you about what the bank has to offer!
