They're quick to take your money but won't help you when problems occur after filing. Manuel prepared & filed my taxes. Identify Theft problem occurred after he filed & he refused to help me refile so I had to pay another Accountant to fix the problem. Not only that but the GOOD Accountant found ALOT of errors from Manuel. A GOOD Accountant helps & fixes your tax problems if they occur. A BAD one just takes your money to file them then you're on your own if problems occur. Get a GOOD HONEST Accountant!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

I give it one star for the poor service they provide when resolving tax problems. They are very good when it comes to collecting their money, but when solving tax or legal problems, they don't pick up your cell phone and at least text messages. Both very irresponsible.

The truth is that I would not recommend this place to do taxes. They made my tax returns wrong. I have been waiting for my taxes for a long time. I received a letter saying that they do not have complete information and I called this office to help me. They told me that it is no longer their problem. I have to settle with them and call the IRS, terrible service.

Terrible service regarding taxes. They do not guide the client regarding filling out the form correctly, to maximize within the legal limits and thus generate a considerable sum. They have preferences with clients and they charge them less (they give them a discount), because they are old clients and I, who have been filling out with them for 3 years, charged me 160 dollars to fill out my income tax. It takes more than a week after you send them your information to finish the process. And they only help and advise people they know or like. (I have acquaintances who fill with them). That makes them look very bad as professionals.

I am giving one star because giving them no stars is not possible. Absolutely dissatisfied with their treatment. I’ve been trying to contact them for two days and it is impossible. Every time I call it goes to voicemail and it does not let me leave a message. The one time I managed to speak with someone she completely belittled the situation and said I would get a call back after about two hours then proceeded to hang up on me. Yet here I am with a very important concern and no answers, still waiting for such call. They will be quick to take your money though. Terrible service indeed. I will most definitely not work with them in the future and I do not think anyone should.

They are the best, they know what they are doing and they always have time to listen to you and help you. With a single call or a message and they are already there to tell you what to do or to help you find solutions. They are responsible with their work and I have never had any problem that they could not solve. Thank you for everything ? keep up the good work ??

From the time you walk into the door to the time you leave, it’s the most welcoming and comfortable place to do not only taxes but immigration forms, divorce forms, etc. Highly recommended to those that use turbo tax or any other tax services and see the difference. Manuel shows that not only does he care for his job but also cares about you and that’s very hard to find. Genuinely happy 10/10
