The worst agency to insure, they tell lies to get the money from you and then Nildia blatantly says that you have to pay it however you want and then play with time by telling everyone to your face that there is no insurance and that they keep the money. Right now my company was left without insurance because they took the $ without refunds. But the donw. Don't go to those places

I emailed over 10 insurance companies, needing insurance today. Out of all of them only Junior Batista replied with help and suggestions. Thank you soo much!! Would definitely reccomend!!! Hard to find people who still actually want to help. thank you junior!

Wishing I would had seen all of the reviews before working with this company. All I’m seeing on here is how horrible the service is and I have experienced it first hand.The staff is unprofessional and unorganized. You have to constantly call and nag them to get them to do their job, all for it to be done incompetently.This agency has caused my company to be shut out, due to their unprofessionalism and lack of submitting documentation before the deadlines are due.Steer clear of this place if you care about your business.

I have no complaints about this company. Everyone was friendly and professional. I called plenty of days in advanced to renew my policy and it was ready to go for the new date I needed it. They asks for a lot of information but is to better assist you in what you need. Everyone is super responsive and helpful.
