“I live on Staten Island so don’t normally come here for an oil change but while visiting my daughter, I found Fast track close by and I will be coming here for all of my oil changes. The customer service was amazing. The woman at the front whose name I didn’t get was very sweet and very knowledgeable and Mike who did my oil change came out to discuss what I may need, but there was no pressure. I highly recommend this place and this is the only place I’ll be coming for oil changes.”

“I can't speak on their work because they don't work on the specific problem I had. However, what I can speak to is how honest they are, and how quick and easy it was to get to the bottom of things. And if anyone feels concerned about trusting mechanics, which is common, they understand how important it is to be able to feel comfortable with them, and to feel like the experience was easy and to the point. They weren't able to help with this, but they gave me good reason to go back for other services they do handle, and I already sent my girlfriend to them, and her experience was just as good.”

“I had an excellent first experience today with this facility from speaking with the receptionist the first time to dealing directly with my mechanic ( Greg) thru my process. everyone here are very professional, kind & care about their clients. I brought my 2006 pontiac G6 for repair ( wouldn't start)Greg immediately call me & what was the issue with the car. I've been a premier member of AAA for the past 3 years and I truly trusted AAA in getting my car repair.after several occasions of getting stuck with my vehicle & spending in a period of 1 year over 5k on repair & the real problem never got fixed. Finally this past weekend while looking for a mechanic came across this wonderful & honest repair shop. My only regret was no knowing sooner about Rayco. I would like to personally thank everyone involved in the process of getting my G6 fixed, specially Greg who was very professional & knowledgeable of my vehicle issues.
Going forward Rayco will be my go to repair shop for any of my vehicles.

“The place is good for a quick oil change. I don’t like the fact that part of their service involves taking out the cabin and air filter from the car to show you their condition. While some people might find this useful. I almost felt pressured to spend more money. But if you’re in a pinch and need a quick oil change it’s worth it.”

Within minutes of putting it on the lift, he showed me the underbody rust and said a definite "thumbs down" on buying that car. That saved me from a $9000 mistake. Thanks!
