I ordered a bed from a company that used Metropolitan for shipping, and the delivery date changed multiple times. The bed didn’t arrive on time, and customer service was awful.

This company sucks they told me they will deliver it on saturday I told them I can only accept the delivery in the morning they said they will deliver it before 930am, then on saturday I got a text saying the furniture wont arrive until 130pm, I canceled my delivery very unreliable company shame on Costco to use such a poor service

Actually the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. Would give ZERO stars if I could. They have cancelled my delivery three times and have had my Albany Park sofa in their warehouse since July 22.
UPDATE: I reached out to them as requested and my delivery was rescheduled for yesterday and then cancelled AGAIN. As of today, there is no confirmed delivery date!

I purchased a custom sofa that took 12 weeks to arrive. The delivery team got it into my home without incident, then the “lead” guy proceeded to slash through the protective cardboard and my sofa with his box knife . And when I bought it to his attention, l saw it happen with my own eyes, he begged me to lie and say it happened in transit. I spoke with the dispatcher using the driver’s phone on speaker and told the truth of what happened. I sent the cut up sofa back and ordered a new one now I have to wait for it to be built. I just received an email from Ingrid with MW saying “sorry your shipment arrived damaged “ I promptly emailed back and let her know it did not arrive damaged it was damaged by the delivery guy. She immediately emailed me back and told me to “contact the vendor for further assistance” “the matter will be resolved through them”. MW will take no responsibility for the damage I watched them create.

I never write reviews but this was possibly the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. I took a day off of work on a Thursday and traded it in to work Saturday so I could be there when the couch arrived. Wednesday rolls around and they cancel the delivery for Thursday, I rescheduled it for Saturday between 12:00-3:00 since I was done work at 11:00. They showed up at 10:00 as I’m at work attending to a client and called me about 40 times. I called back and the guy stated that they were told the delivery window began at 11:00, which we both knew was a lie, and if it began at 11:00, why are you here an hour early?? I called the company which was helpful over the phone and said they were willing to wait till 11:30, I had to rush home from work despite my delivery window being 12:00-3:00… I made it just in time only for them to give me attitude as if I was inconveniencing them. And to top it all off, I payed $200 for a “white glove” delivery which included assembling the furniture, which they did not. They left it at the door front of my small 1 bedroom apartment and immediately walked out the door. Horrible experience.

I had an emergency and had to reschedule my Monday delivery after waiting at home for it until 3 pm (I was never given a delivery window)- they said sure no problem and we rescheduled to Thursday. When I called to check the window because I was still not notified, they told me the rescheduled date had been cancelled because I owed a $400 reschedule fee. I spoke to someone about 4 times on the day of reschedule and a possible fee was never mentioned. Now they are holding my furniture hostage until I pay the fee, they won’t even let me drive and pick up the piece of furniture without paying almost $300. They even want to charge a storage fee for it still being there! If the reschedule fee was reasonable I would pay it and move on even though I should have been notified on the day. It feels like extortion to charge $400 to get my piece of furniture when I already paid extra for white glove delivery. I would never recommend using this company I guess there is a reason for the awful reviews.

Can park on the dock overnight. Get us unloaded fairly quickly.
