Fantasitic service at this location! After hours of being on the phone with tech support, I went into this store for help. Ben was more knowledgeable than anyone I previously spoke with and he went above and beyond to be helpful. He also gave me some great insider tips on local events! It was extremely busy when I walked into the store, however I was still greeted by the representatives with a pleasant tone of voice. After seeing how busy they were and noting how late in the evening it was I decided that I would be better off to come back at another time. It was my choosing to do so because I knew that what I wanted to talk about was going to take some time to get taken care of and I wasn't sure if they'd have the time to do it before it was time to close so I decided to come back in at another time instead.

This store is awesome! The store manager is very informative and accommodating. Upgrading my phone was an enjoyable experience. I'll definitely go out of my way to stop at this store because they are up to date with all the deals and options for whatever plan you may have:) Customer service is top notch

I only stopped by to check out the OnePlus 6t phone in person as there are no T-Mobile stores near where I live. I was greeted with a hello and a friendly smile as I entered the store. He showed me where the 6t was and we talked about phones for a bit. This was by far the best and most laid back phone store experience I've had. I don't remember the employee's name but he was working 03/30/19 around 7pm. (I think she deserves a raise) ?

Nothing but great customer service at this location! I was greeted by a specialist and I expressed that I wanted to exchange my phone. It was done with ease and I do not know his and her name but they were very courteous. The transaction was smooth(no problems whatsoever) and done in a timely manner.

The service was very good, the employees were friendly and ready to help. There was quite a long wait which is why I did not give five stars. On a side note there should be a little bit more seating because it took over 10 mins for them to be done and it got a little tiring standing for so long. Otherwise my experience was wonderful.
