Worse experience ever. The nurse was so rude and unprofessional while dealing with my son who is just a toddler and she put a needle in his arm and just gave him pain. She didn’t even take the blood out and said that he was moving when he wasn’t because my mom was holding him. I even have a video of her putting needle and rubbing her finger on top of needle in arm so harshly. Like so ridiculous and no sign of sympathy or remorse. Will never come again.

Worse experience ever. Very unorganized staff. I had an appointment and my paperwork wasn't placed in the box. After asking why others were being called and it's been 20 minutes since my appointment time, they realized the mistake and I had to wait an additional 25 minutes in the room to be serviced. This place will no longer be an option to me

Despite an appointment, have to wait over an hour. If I were you I'd reschedule, I even went on a Monday morning, still couldn't get in. If you must go, I would hit the "I'm here ready for service" button on your confirmation before even leaving your house.

This place is a nightmare, but in its defense, so are other LabCorp locations. There is no parking, the card payment at the parking meters does not work and parkmobile rips you off. Bring quarters. I came with an appointment, was seen 30 minutes past my appointment time. Was given all the paperwork and told to come back with a drop off. No appointment necessary for drop-off. Coming back later, I had to check in again despite having all my paperwork already in the system. The check in kiosk kept throwing an error and literally fell apart. The person next to me also was struggling with the dysfunctional kiosk. I'm calling my doctor to get a requisition for Quest because no one has time for this.

Today I have been to this place for my blood work. The technician who collected my blood sample was exceptionally skilled in her role. Words can’t capture my gratitude. May she be blessed by God.

Horrific customer service and NO patient parking. I had to park three streets over and walk. The own needs to do something about the parking.

This was the absolute best experience I've had with lab corp and I've been to ALOT of different locations. My son has to get regular blood tests and nobody is ever able to successfully draw his blood. Visits always result with him screaming for 30 minutes to an hour and them saying " we can try again tomorrow" and me crying on the drive home. Not to mention the waiting rooms are always horrendous and unorganized with crazy long wait times. This location was amazing from start to finish. The desk staff was so friendly and professional. The waiting room and patient rooms were so clean and organized. I had an appointment and the time was honored to the T. Jenny from this location is a God send. After taking my son to other locations since he was 3 months old and being disappointed time and time again it means so much to finally find someone who is able to successfully draw his blood within MINUTES! On top of it all he didn't even cry. She was super sweet and he was so comfortable. All other staff we came in contact with were also very nice. The only downside is it's perth amboy so of course the parking sucks but I'd be willing to make the drive from hazlet and deal with parking over and over again just because of the positive experience I had at this location.

This location is in my top list of Labcorps. Karen helped me today and was quick and painless. This location is always clean and spotless. Be sure to schedule an appointment, and you will be in and out. The only negative thing I have to say is parking is horrible but it's Perth Amboy, so you can never find a parking spot lol a positive side to parking is that you can pay thru the park Mobile app.

Those girls are amazing…?They did blood work and were amazing to my daughter even though my daughter gave them a rough time. They were quick and understanding. Amazing and quick.??

I scheduled an appointment at this location! I was amazed at the professionalism from scanning OR code, to the front desk & the technician! I'm a hard stink, I gave her instruction & she followed thru! An amazing experience. I will be a returning customer. Thank you.

Had a fantastic experience at this location. Staff was super nice and personable. I didn’t have to wait too long.My phlebotomist was really sweet and kind. She and I shared some laughs during the blood draw. She was very professional and skilled at what she does. Needless to say, I was very pleased to be at this location.Thank you for all you do! I know things can be hectic and demanding at times but I appreciate all that you do!
