To extreme detail with out concern for the time. Mean while another employee was huffing and and puffing about the amount of people in there.”

“Nicole is the woman they myth the legend. As well as everyone else here but Nicole was able to make my wishes come through. “They are fantastic here! Caleb, Arbon, and Emre were so accommodating and professional. I haven't bought a phone in years and they were all so helpful! My phone was taking a long time to transfer my data from old phone to new phone and they stayed after store hours to accommodate me! I did come back the next day to finish the transfer. “Metro PCS is another cell phone carrier in the area. They seem to be similar to Boost mobile and T-mobile in that they have a lot of prepaid plans and phones. Their coverage area is good in the New York Metropolitan area. There are no annual contracts and they are on the T-Mobile network.”

“The times that I went to this store, they have been nice, quick, and helpful. You walk right in and as soon as someone is available, they greet you and help you with whatever is needed. This store is clean and organized as well. I’m very big on how you treat others, and this t-mobile store has great customer service. That’s the main reason why I walk a few extra blocks to this store than the other one by Trader Joe’s. A man there is very nasty with their attitude and facial expressions! Not in this store! So, that’s a plus. :-)”

“The senior manager Belkis was FANTASTIC!! It’s clear why she is the manager of the East Brunswick Verizon store. My mom needed a new phone but needs assistance with technology. Belkis was beyond understanding and patient with my mom through the entire process. Belkis was so great I decided to even upgrade myself since I knew we were in good hands with Belkis. With some Verizon stores, you feel like the sales associates are only trying make a buck off every customer but not with Belkis. She did not push any extra bells and whistles and only recommended what we truly needed. And she is very personable. Thank you Belkis!! If ever we need additional products, we’re coming to you!”
