I was Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and my feet hurt alot. I called this company and talk to Tina, she was so informed about the shoes and how they can help me in my everyday activities. Tina made me feel welcome and comfortable asking any question. I love my shoes my feet don't hurt anymore. Thank you Tina, for taking the time to explain everything and helping me.

I originally called Woodbridge Medical supply where I had to leave message for a return call. That was at 10:00AM. I called again at 12 noon to leave a message for a call back again. At 1:00PM I called again only I did not press the number to leave a message. I pressed the option for the billing department and actually got a live person. I explained what I was looking for and he immediately said they only carry C-Pap. Even though their website states they carry mobile medical supplies. They were very difficult to deal with. This person had to put me on hold to get answers to my questions. Bottom line, I would advise not dealing with Woodbridge Medical Supply.This brings me to Genaro Medical Supply. I called them and immediately someone was able to help me. Her name is Candie. After telling her of my needs, she told me they had it in stock. When I asked about the parking situation, she told me only street parking. As a handicapped person, the is difficult. She the told me to email her my prescription and insurance info and she would get everything ready and to call her when I arrive and she will bring it out to my car. That is the ultimate of customer service!!! I know that I would only deal with Genaro Medical Supply in the future.

I bought a walker from the store last week and I was really impressed. All staff members are friendly and courteous. When I told them that I had some special requests for the walker (like bigger wheels, red color, etc.), Enmanual checked the catalogue and ordered a special one just for me, right away! In addition, he also fixed my old walker!! He's so skillful, efficient and kind! He really knows the products! I'm very comfortable giving them all the stars that they truly deserve!!

For some reason (cutbacks) Horizons (Medicaid) decided to stop paying for better quality chux pads which I require. After months of appeals, Horizons decided to reverse their decision and pay for the better quality chux pads. With the help of a representative at Horizons, I tried several medical suppliers who either didn't know what they were doing or just did not want to deal with the tremendous amount of paperwork. After working on this for almost a year. I along with my representative at Horizons were just about to give up when she said let's try just one more supplier. That supplier was Genao's Medical Supplies. I was lucky when I met Mo, an employee of Genao's. There were so many times when he ran into obstacles. A lesser person would have said forget about it, this is not going to happen but not Mo. He worked diligently to overcome everything that was standing in his way. Long story short, I am finally receiving the medical supplies needed. I have to say Thank You, Mo for working so hard to make this come to fruition. Genao's is very lucky to have an employee like you.

My experience with Emmanuel was nothing but positive. My father broke his humerus bone and needed to be immobilized. Unfortunately it had to be ordered but due to my schedule I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up. When it came in Emmanuel drove it personally to my fathers home. Most individuals and companies would not go the extra mile but, HE DID! In the times we live in today most people are just concerned about the transaction. That doesn’t apply with Genoa’s Medical Supply. They TRULY care!!! Thank you Emmanuel

I needed an electric wheelchair, and went through this company, all my insurance were dealt by Emmanuel, he is very courteous and helpful, he processed everything and even delivered the wheelchair to me a year ago. Now I needed help for maintenance and I called for his assistance and he didn’t make me wait long and was at my door in no time. I am a senior citizen and cannot move without assistance. I really appreciate all his help and May God bless him for all his service for me. All the staff with this company are very courteous and polite . They provide service with real care and affection. This is my second year visiting Genao's to get medical supplies for Mom. It's always a pleasure experience to deal with Genao's staffs, especially Yimarly. I emailed my prescription and my Mom Insurance information to check if she is covered and Yimarly replied in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the process. Every time I visited the Genao's Center I was welcomed, and staff will do everything to help. They're very polit, hard workers and they treat patients with respect. Yimarly helped my mom pick the proper shoes and ensured that my 83 yrs old mom is satisfied and happy with the product. She follows up with phone calls to ensure accuracy of the order. Genao's is a great place to get your medical supplies.

This medical supply store was immaculately clean and well organized. They have a large selection of many things someone might need. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I brought my prescription there and in a few hours received a call to pick up my item. Genao's is a million times better than FNL medical supply. Both are on New Brunswick Ave. I suggest going to Genao's right across from the hospital.

I had been trying to obtain a wheelchair for my grandmother for 2-3 months and was hitting roadblocks with her doctor's office and her insurance company, however, Enmanual and everyone else at this medical supply store helped me obtain the wheelchair. They even managed to calm me down when the insurance company would drive me insane. They did not seem bothered by my constant calling and follow-ups. Enmanual even followed up on my behalf when the insurance company was being difficult. Thank you for all your assistance and dedication, Genao's Medical Supply.

Enmanuel and the team were great to work with! Enmanuel was easy to get in touch with and they were fast to deliver and set up the equipment (bed, wheelchair, commode, transfer bench, etc) I highly recommend Genao's Medical Supply.

Needed a device. Nobody at my insurance company had any idea how to get the device-each person said something different. I called Genao's and spoke to Jamarly. Not only did she straighten things out but had the item shipped immediately. I talked to her a few days ago and called this morning to see if she received the info from my doctor. She advised me that she had and the item was not only shipped but was delivered this morning. I hadn't checked my mail yet. Sure enough, it was in my mail. With all that is going on with orders and deliveries of items, I was sure there would be delays. But there wasn't. Thank you for being so efficient, professional, knowledgeable and caring about your customers.
