I have been working closely with Diabest for about 4 years now and I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They are very reliable and provide great service to my patients. My patients love their products, their staff, and the timeliness that they receive their items. I highly recommend Diabest!! Igor and his staff are amazing!!

Honestly had a scheduled appointment with this company for business. I believe the wife is the owner but the husband bombarded me with very rude questions asking "what are you going to do for me?" then proceeded to cut me off every time I tried to speak telling me that I was a nice guy. It was some sick psychological deal with him and this was all in front of the wife. I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable I couldnt wait to leave. Speaking with other medical supply companies in our area, the feedback on Diabest was "I wouldnt work for that company if I was starving". Apparently they cannot keep people and rightfully so. I would not do business with them medically or any other for any reason. I hate to even write this review but reading the comments, the words "disgusting" are very accurate. Not sure if there is anything shady about them with their product but good god. Good human beings deserve business while Diabest can flounder and go work for McDonalds.

I have been coming here with my grandmother for about 10 years. This company has provided us with the upmost top notch service- they have a huge selection of shoes and medical supplies with the most wonderful manager and employees that always manage to put a smile on our face and make us laugh. I recommend this store for any one looking for any medical equipment or diabetic shoes in the new jersey area!

Just called them from Georgia, looking for a shoe listed on their website for a customer looking for a specific model. Reviews are accurate, Customer service...DOES NOT exist. Website: Inaccurate. Phone numbers on website are INCORRECT also. (I found them, but not from their inaccurate website)
