Staff does not know how to work efficiently. Long wait times and many errors were made while processing my transaction.After 45min of dealing with the error of the banking clerk, someone came to finally take over and complete the task.Chase is great but this branch staff could use some training.

I went today for temp checks , I forgot to bring my chase debit card , chase representative still helped me to get temp checks.. easy and fast service..
