If i could give zero stars i would. It’s been over a year renewed for green card and i haven’t bearded from USCI. I’m little worry and just need some guidance. Several phone calls made and have left voicemails and still to this day no call back. I doubt leaving this review will make a difference. Terrible

The receptionist people not are unfriendly. The people that help to us to fill in the documents was friendly, respect and professional (Erio). So, thank you so much for you help.

Accidentally called the wrong person with the same name and everyone I spoke to was rude including the “wrong person” I was looking for. Clean up your attitudes or get a new job.
