Back in 2020 i bought a vanilla gift card with $100, the new worker didn’t know how to activate it and put $100. Although he insisted he did it already, he didn’t. When i came back to complain because it wasn’t working he refused to give me a refund, i lost a hundred dollars. I contacted vanilla gift and because the employee didn’t give me a receipt I couldnt could my money or verify I didn’t steal it. Ill never forget to this day still, how i lost $100 because lousy manager not wanting to teach their employees what they should know.

They tried to charge me for a different sale price than I wanted. I called them out on it, and they said it was by accident. The owner has tried this enough times for me to rate them.

I've been here many many times but some of the boys who work here are just rude and give the worst service possible. Dont even bother calling this plage for any help because you will be hung up on by Shewon who worked on this day at this time. May be the last time I go to this location
