If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. The lack of customer service and care I received. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.I went into the dealership test drove a car and put a deposit down. Went back a few days later to pick up my new car.When I got there with my two trade in cars and my 4 month old baby I was told there was a scratch on my car. That car was already sold as I left a deposit, it should have been taken care of properly.They tell me they have the same car just a different VIN number. Okay great. I see the car all looks good. I come back two days later to pick it up. Again with my two trade ins and my 4 month old baby.The sales manager Nick Mule now comes to tell me there is a problem with this car.After explaining my concerns and questioning why I wasn't told about this prior to bringing my baby out in the bad weather twice now. Nick proceeded to tell me that I was right and there isn't anything he can do. Twice I walked in with a check in my hand to buy a car and twice I left without a car.I had even went as far as emailing theGM who was just as useless in helping me. The lack of compassion for a new mom trying to buy a car wasunbelievable across the board. From the sales person, Marcin to Nick Mule the sales manager and then to Eric the GM.It seems as if they just wanted to back out of the deal they made with me.Which I would have had more respect for them if they were honest instead of dragging me through the mud and lying to me. Rude and careless dealership. If you want respect go elsewhere.

My 90 year old mother was missing for 14 hours yesterday in her 2023 leased Honda and they would not cooperate with the police sergeant to help find her, she turned up OK after a very minor accident , but we'll never get a Honda again...

My husband and I had to get our car serviced while traveling... we ended up stranded and having the car towed to this dealership in the middle of the night. Absolutely fantastic service and Phil is my hero! He went above and beyond.Phil talked to me in the morning and the part was a day away. I explained my family was stranded, we live 4 hours away and my son is missing school. We needed to get home that day so I could get my dog and get my son back in school. I asked if there was anyway he could get the repair that day given the situation....otherwise I would have to rent a u-haul and tow it home myself. Phil called around to other dealerships and found the parts we needed. He got our car back to us and working by 2pm so we could finally head home and even topped off the fluids in the car and fixed a pesky batter cable to ensure we wouldn't have any more issues getting home. He went above and beyond so my family could make it home safely and we are truly grateful for his help and amazing customer service.

I had such a great experience at Route 23 Honda. I leased a new HRV and the dealership made it such an easy process. Kevin, the Sales Manager, was so kind and reassured me that he would do whatever he could to get me in the car I wanted at an affordable price. My salesman, Beli, was also great. There was no pressure and he made sure I went home with a car that I absolutely loved. The finance manager, Greg, was also great! As I signed paperwork, we talked and he shared some childhood stories with me. Everyone was so personable and it really is just a nice environment. I've been leasing cars for years and I have to say this was by far the best experience I've had. Thanks guys!!

John Parra helped me the moment that I walked in for test drive of Honda Civic. He explain all the details I should know for leasing a car and he got me the best price available. The process was significantly simplified as John was very straightforward and genuinely had my best interest in mind. This was my first time at Route 23 Honda and it was such a great experience! My son and and I met with Junior who was not only very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, but he was also so friendly and easy to talk to. He made closing the deal on my son's first car easy and enjoyable with his patient and outgoing personality. So happy with this dealership and highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a Honda, which by the way are such great cars! My husband and I purchased a certified used car at Route 23 Honda. We had the pleasure of working with Junior. We showed up about an hour before they closed and were able to drive our new (to us) Honda Pilot about 2 hours later. We got the best interest rate and Junior really worked with us to get us to a price we were comfortable without sacrificing on the certified warranty. I definitely recommend purchasing your next car here. Make sure you ask for Junior.

John was such a pleasure to work with! He sat with us from about 11:45 AM all the way till 8 PM closing just to make sure my sister-in-law was happy and got the car within the price that she needed. We couldn’t I’ve asked for a better service in great detail with amazing patience. It’s difficult to come across car dealers that are this honest and upfront. We had almost given up the idea of buying the car now with the market this bad until we came here. Had a great experience buying my first car here. Amazing response. Great quotes. Junior really stepped in and made the entire buying experience very welcoming and friendly.

Giving credit where it’s due and highly recommend John P and Route 23 Honda. We bought a 2023 SUV from John yesterday - and he was fantastic. He listened to what we wanted and was extremely respectful and professional. He provided every detail - information on the SUV, payment options, answered all questions and had all paperwork and processes ready to finalize. Excellent customer service!

My mom and I came in to purchase a 2019 Honda Accord Sport. The staff was wonderful and very cooperative. We worked with salesman Junior Cabral who was wonderful, kind and immensely helpful. He is truly a kind and caring sport. We also worked with the financial Manager Mohamed who was very professional and wonderful as well. Everything went smoothly! BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a 2018 Honda Civic from this dealer brand new, that has been nothing but a nightmare. The air conditioning has needed to be fixed 4 separate times for 3 different issues, costing me over $2k, and the car doesn't even have 50k miles on it! Due to the description on my previous repair order Honda is denying a refund for compressor replacement due to a recall. I also brought the car in to have the compressor fixed, it was replaced, and then a hose leaked afterwards causing the clutch to burn out to which I had to pay for! The technicians should've injected die into the system diagnosing the problem in the first place. The service representatives are nice but that's about it. Doesn't help if they're nice if what they put on your repair orders denies you of refunds...
