I had a very unpleasant customer service experience with Reeves international. First of all you should be including packing and return slips when you ship a package for smooth returns.
Since no packing and return slip was included I had to email reeves to request a return label. Where is the return label I requested? It wasn’t emailed to me, are you direct mailing it to me?
Secondly, your customer service representative who responded was extremely rude, & I quote direct from her email “ We will send you a return label this time only.”
Excuse me? You’ll send me a return label this one time only? Please enlighten me to your return policy which I understand is if an item is unopened you’ll return it.
Does reeves international condone this attitude & philosophy?
Maybe don’t send me duplicate items & I won’t need to return the duplicate item.

Breyer Horses are lovely, but this company selling them is terrible. Their customer service is beyond awful. They don’t respond in a timely fashion, and do not have a customer centric attitude. I ordered something from them that took over a month to receive. They did not correct the pricing on the item and did not even apologize for the delay. I won’t ever order from this company again.

I have collected Breyer Model Horses since I was 4 years old in 1969. That is over 50 years. As a Child growing up here in Canada, finding Breyers is not as easy as in the USA. After getting married in 1989, we went to Florida for our Honeymoon. What did I want to do? Find Breyers, and I did. It is amazing how these plastic horses can make someone so happy. Now, 53 years later, I have a collection of over 500 or so Breyer models. Of all sizes, from tiny Stablemates and Minny Whinnys to the Traditional ones that I cherish with all of my heart. I want to send a HUGE shoutout to the FABULOUS Customer Service that I receive from Christine at Breyer. She always goes over and above the Norm when it comes to CS. THANK YOU Chris for the amazing service. YOU ROCK. Leslie in Canada :)

I used to be a huge collector of Reeves Breyer Products but in the last few years when i was finally in a place to restart my collecting due to my last collection being "stolen" I have had nothing but repeated problems and trouble with the company. the 2020 Breyerfest was a joke I never got the specified time when i would be able to make my special purchase ( I never got to make a purchase due to complications with their site) and then that same year i was extremely displeased with how the collector club worked I joined that hoping id be able to get some stablemates but I didn't know that there was a deadline for certain parts of the collector club that you had to sign up for before hand, and recently i was excited for Halloween and went to order a present for a friends birthday present it has been nearly a month and the present still has not been shipped even though a shipping label was made nearly a week ago. I just want to give a warning that if anyone wants to support this business expect to have orders extremely late arriving, expect them to not have a lot of products available i had gotten an email at 7:18 am one morning saying some items were now in stock and available for purchase, at 8 am that same morning everything had already been sold out. so if something says "coming soon" expect that it might not ever be available to purchase from breyer, however you might get lucky and find someone selling that same product for $30-$100 more than what breyer was selling for AND there is no guarantee that those products being sold by others are not counterfeit. . . I know for a fact there are a lot of people who would be able to recreate the product just to sell to unsuspecting individuals especially when people are reselling products for double the original price and some people have complained already that their products show up looking like someone has drawn on models using what looks like sharpie. I personally don't know what has happened to the company to cause their services to plummet so drastically but i find it to be extremely disheartening that a company that brought me extreme joy before is so terrible now.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I ordered 3 items from this company July 10th, 2020 and still have not received the items I have called, emailed, and get the run around that my concerns will be escalated to management and someone will call me and no one ever does!!!! These items were Christmas presents for my daughter that she will never receive and now my daughter will have nothing under the tree for Christmas thanks to reeves breyer! Thanks for ruining our Christmas and thanks for taking money from me while I'm at rock bottom!

Never been to the actual company headquarters, but I have grown up collecting Breyer horses, who Reeves owns the rights to. I have loved them since I was three, and have continued to adore these magnificent model horses throughout my life. Have things changed yes, for the most part for the better. Each year they release new and more detailed model horses. Their customer service has always been kind and caring. Like all toys, not even the models are completely perfect, but perfection would be boring, lol. I couldn't ask for more really, the fact the models have stayed around this long is the best part of it all. I hope Breyer/Reeves continues producing these wonderful creations for decades to come. Thank for all the years of happiness and amazing memories.

Placed an order on 12/8. By 12/18 I still hadn’t received and info on shipping, so I emailed the company only to find out they had forgot to ship my order and would do so that day. Because of the delay, they had to refund one of the Breyer horses I ordered because it was no longer in stock and retired!!!!! Perhaps if it had been shipped on time, I would not have missed out on purchasing this Breyer horse!!! I responded to their email letting me know about the refund and NEVER heard back. AWFUL customer service.

Worst company in NJ. Their products are cheap and their customer service is a joke. Very rude, unprofessional and are not knowledgeable on any products they are selling. Most importantly, they cut corners making their products which results in safety issues and product recalls. Stay away!
