Fantastic vet who did everything they could for my senior cat with chronic illness. He is always accessible by phone or email to manage her care and is endlessly patient with any questions or concerns we have. The front desk are always accommodating and kind.

I see my review was magically deleted. Interesting. I came here in 2021 with my 2 cats. I had an early appointment with them and when I walked through the door I was looked up and down and greeted with "do you have an appointment?" by a clearly annoyed receptionist. As I sat and waited owner's with dogs came in who were greeted much nicer and happier then I was greeted which I found disturbing. My one cat excessively grooms herself which I asked Dr. krupnick to see what we could do about her anxiety and basically he said a whole bunch of things that I didn't understand and asked me to decide. I'm sorry who is the vet here? Me or you? Not to mention he did this in front of other people in the waiting room and basically talked down to me because I didn't understand what he was recommending. He then recommended solequin which did nothing for for my cat. I was very disappointed in my treatment here and do not understand what I did to warrant such disturbed treatment that day and have not been back.

They did such a great job helping my cat. I was panicking, I thought he lost his eye. They took him in immediately, fixed him up and he’s made a full recovery. They didn’t charge me an entire paycheck. In fact it was very reasonable. Honestly I felt it was the best $ I ever spent bc my baby was ok. It’s very hard to find great care for your animals and not spend every penny you have. Sometimes you have to make a choice, feed your kids, or save your pet. Believe me, some places do not care about your animals, they only care about money. At Pequannock they have never made me choose, I have never left there without having an answer, treatment, or a reasonable solution. I feel good knowing I will always be able to care for my pets properly and the way they deserve.

Dr. Krupnick is an incredible vet, and all of the staff members are great! When we adopted a senior dog, Dr. Krupnick treated her with compassion and dignity from the moment we met through the end of her life. Now, we’re back with a new puppy and are so happy with the thorough care and kindness she is treated with. There is no office I would trust more. Pequannock Animal Hospital is the best!

The whole staff at Pequannock Animal Hospital is amazing. Dr Krupnick has to be one of the best vets anywhere in the area and everyone there I have dealt with has been equally as impressive. Our dog Mel is a huge part of our family and I can't imagine any better hands to trust to him to!

Even though I stopped bringing our three dogs to Pequannock Animal Hospital a little over two years ago for reasons not relating to Dr Krupnick who happens to be an excellent veterinarian who I had dealt with for many years, I decided it would be best to leave a review to clearly explain what happened. One of our dogs named "Barbie" had run out of HeartGard Plus heartworm preventative and I needed a refill prescription from the internet pharmacy that we were using at the time. The pharmacy contacted me via e-mail explaining that they were unable to get approval for the refill from Pequannock Animal Hospital. I assumed that possibly Barbie's weight had changed and that was the reason for the non-renewal. However, that was not the reason according to the disrespectful receptionist answering the telephone at the time when I called to inquire.I was told since Barbie was two weeks overdue in getting her annual heartworm blood test, the HeartGard Plus prescription would not be approved. She then went on to sarcastically say that they were "booked-up" with appointments for the next two weeks, and Barbie would not be able to be seen until then.In the mean time, Barbie could not get her monthly heartworm preventative medication which I was completely out of. I went on to say to the receptionist that I may have to look for another vet based on her uncooperative response. She replied to me stating "that's o.k."I had been a loyal client/customer to Dr. Krupnick when I first met him at Englewood Animal Hospital many years ago when he took care of my senior dog "Scamp" who had several serious medical issues, and later at his Pequannock Animal Hospital facility with four more dogs, one of whom died in 2020 of hemangiosarcoma. Dr. Krupnick always took excellent care of all of our dogs, so I have absolutely no "issues" with him. Unfortunately, the poor response that I received from whoever answered the telephone is the sole reason I decided to leave a few years ago. Based on the fact that Barbie was slightly overdue for her blood test by two weeks, and truthfully has always been heartworm negative for all of the years that I have owned her, an employee with a confrontational attitude is the last thing I expected from a normally well run veterinary clinic.I want to thank Dr. Krupnick for the many years he took care of my dogs. He always had a calm, pleasant, and professional demeanor. The vet techs working there were also excellent. However, make sure that any employees that answer your telephones have the "right" and "respectful" attitude needed at all times when any current, or new client/customer calls so you can hold onto their business, which sadly did not happen with me.

I love this vet! This office is always so accomodating, informative, and very thorough. My past experiences with other vets never went well. Here I can always get an appointment, front desk is always very informative, and the Doctor is very attentive to emergencies. I've finally found a vet I want to stick too. Highly recommend!

Dr. Krupnick and his staff are professional and kind. Domino did very well after her surgery to remove an ugly, bleeding cyst. She healed very well and the area looks immaculate. Also, I was nervous after she had her surgery but Dr. Krupnick responded to any questions I had and also had a follow-up visit with her to ensure all was well. Her reaction with her veterinarian is great to see, delighted with her tail wagging enthusiastically!

I’m so thankful to have found this office for my 15 year old dog. Dr. Krupnick and his staff have been so helpful, compassionate and reasonable in treating our senior dog and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
