Horrible bank in absolutely every way. I've banked with PNC as a kid, Bank of America for most of my 20s and Navy Federal Credit union for about the last 12 years. I only mention this because I've never experienced such horrible service by the corporate offices and call centers.
Branch personnel are exceptional and tried their very hardest to resolve issues, but I can honestly say there is a disconnect from the service you receive in the branch and corporate.
Bank account opened less than a month ago, and off I go to another bank.
