Stay away from the Sales Dept at this dealership, especcially Mr. Andy B., This sales dept deserves no stars, I changed my mind on a new car lease agreement, due to the Horrendously, Bad, Greedy behavior exhibited by this Mr. Andy B. and his sales manager Mr. Collie ..., I demanded they refund back to my credit card immediately my first month's payment which was $424.88. Instead , I got First from this Collie - manager an outright refusal to refund my money and then 2nd he decided to take this to a new level by making threatening advances towards me where i had to demand he back Off, Then after walking out the door, I was closely followed by this character/ sales person Mr. Andy B, Who would not let me get back in my car to leave this terrible place , Until i threatened to call 911 and the police. Please , Please avoid this terrible car dealer, to preserve your own health and sanity and well being. I still have not received my refund, and was lied to from another employee about even getting it

Purchased 2024 Sienna from Brandon Denman, great guy, MSRP no pressure, no markups, amazing family owned business, car arrived two weeks early. Read the testimonials on their web page where I also posted. Avoid the bad dealers that will try and add on hidden expenses.

Just like most dealers, they can be a little bit more expensive, but they're friendly and will always get you the car back in the time that it was promised.

I didn't experience any negative issues. I special ordered my Rav4, I was told it could 6 months, I got it in 2. The salesman did everything he said he would do at the agreed upon price. With that said I paid full retail price, so I didn't get a great deal, but everywhere seemed to be charging MSRP or more. My paperwork and registration went smooth. I haven't taken it in for service yet, hopefully that goes well too. I hope to do business again down the road.

I went to this dealership for a service there today for :Oil change Transfer case and Differential Fluid change (Front + Rear ) Grease the Drive Shaft and re-torque Front + Rear U joint / Slip Yoke / joint in the Transfer case fuel injection service Brake fluid flush Power Steering fluid FlushI was furious when i pop the hood of my vehicle just to see if my fluids were done.. from the looks of it.. it was a sloppy job.. there was one used glove by the latch to open the hood, smudges on the fenders with scratches and the engine looks grimy like an oil spill had just happened.. I chose a dealership to work on my vehicle thinking that the mechanics that works in the dealership are professionals and they know what they're doing, and they take pride in what they do. I also paid top dollar to get my vehicle maintained. they are paid $180 per hour and i should get my moneys worth. I trusted the mechanics with my vehicle. they are supposed to do their due diligence, and deliver the right service and what they are being paid for. Better Yet, I will send out an email to Toyota North America and let my concerns heard !!!whoever has the same problem, I will do the same

I am not sure what kind of dealership this is in terms of selling cars but in terms of service its pretty bad. I had my check engine light turn on on my 2014 Toyota Rav4. The code said very minor leak. I dropped the car off at the dealership for repair. They ran a smoke test and found i had no visible leak but said i did have smoke coming out from the gas cap. They gave me a new gas cap and all seemed fine. I drove the car about 80 miles after that only to have the check engine light turn on again. First thing i did was bring it back to the dealership and i asked them to check everything as something else has to be going on. I dropped the car off on Monday. I gave them 2 days before calling again simply to check in to see how things were going. I was working with a guy called Nick and he proceeds to tell me that they have not done anything to the car other then just driving it around trying to "duplicate the problem". So i ask him, what do you mean by duplicate the problem because when i came back for the second time the check engine light had just turned on again. He said oh well we have to reset the code and drive the car about 60 miles so we can duplicate the issue. So i told him that makes no sense as i had just driven the car 80 miles from what i got it back from you a few days ago and the light came back on. Why would you need to reset it only to drive it 60 more miles? Use up all my gas as well? He then proceeds to tell me he was going to have a tech drive my car overnight to Hackettstown. Keep in mind i would not have known this if i didn't call for an update. This is simply incredible! These people clearly had no idea what the issue was and were not even going to tell me they were doing nothing on my car except driving it around trying to "duplicate" a problem that was already there when i brought them in the car for the 2nd time. Total incompetence!

Blame the customer mentality. I made a mistake of purchasing a brand-new car from Crestmont Toyota with problems that started immediately upon pick up. Twenty years of having a Toyota with no issues, but this one has become a nightmare. I should have demanded my money back right then. But they promised to take care of the issues. It's been same problems over and over yet they now say it's my fault with various insults like I drive with a "lead foot." Or if it's a software issue, I'm not understanding that the issues are not the $50,000 car, but the $500 phone. (all phones) I suggest reading invoices carefully. On mine they skip notes on complaints or sometimes don't give invoices at all. I read things like I admitted to accidentally shutting off my car instead of it stalling. Or I get the catch phrase "cannot duplicate issue" even when the error message is staring them in the face and I have pictures/ videos. The service manager, Mike, gets very angry when this is pointed out to him which made him throw me out of his office and told me to never come back. He doesn't seem to understand I don't want to come back. I want my car repaired. Let's see what new blame they come up with...

My salesperson Andy was very professional and good to deal with. I had a new car built & shipping from Kentucky. Andy kept me updated for the most part, kept in touch, and answered my calls even on his days off. The finance guy got us a little annoyed because he had to keep doing credit inquiries to get us a lower rate. I really don't think he was trying to get me the best rate at first because I financed through them. I should've financed through my credit card company to cut down on the 4 inquiries on my credit report. I have excellent credit and I don't play about that. Now, my reason for the 3 stars is after buying a car service. Now that I have the car, when I call the customer service number Michelle always answers with an attitude and she's not helpful at all! Crestmont Toyota sent me a postcard saying my plates & registration was ready for pickup. I live in PA so it's an1 1/2 drive, I need them mailed to me. At first, she tells me they can't be mailed. Then she tells me, she can't find my name in the system so I give her my sons name and she finds it then. This is not my first time calling and she had a bad attitude each time I called and one time I heard her blow her breath before she put me on hold. Plus she talks over you. So for those reasons I wouldn't recommend this car dealer. How you are treated After you buy the car is everything!

Bought a vehicle from here at MSRP with no ******** or any unnecessary/forced dealer-installed add-ons. Very straightforward, transparent, and upfront.Amazing internet staff as well who provide all the information you want on emails or calls without forcing or insisting you come in person. Inquired and finalized everything email, came in to pick up the delivery a week later, and signed the paperwork. Was out of the lot in 15 minutes. No pressure at the finance office as well. Very pleasant experience.
