Unfortunately, I have yet to have a quick, professional experience at this bank, and I do business with it often for a business account. The tellers are slow and/or completely unavailable, and opening a new account last year was the worst professional experience I have ever had - no one seemed to know what I needed, despite dozens of similar accounts being open. I would never use this bank for my personal accounts, and wish I could have my professional account somewhere else, as well.

Agree with previous reviewer. Not customer focused. Went inside to ask a few questions regarding my account. Young teller was not able to assist me or answer any questions. She called over a supervisor and I got the feeling that I was really inconveniencing everyone. Needless to say I left without accomplishing what I needed to have done with my account. I believe some re-training or better CS training is needed here.

Free checking keeps me here and the online account info is good.
